Երևանի զարգացման 2014 թվականի ծրագրերի շրջանակում միայն Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանում շուրջ հինգ տասնյակ բակեր են բարեկարգվել ու հանձնվել բնակիչների տնօրինմանը: Վարչական շրջան կատարած աշխատանքային հերթական շրջայցի շրջանակում քաղաքապետն այցելել է նաև Բագրատունյաց փողոցի 11 և 11 ա, Արտաշիսյան փողոցի 44/3, 44/4, 44/4 ա, 44/5, ինչպես նաև Եղ. Թադևոսյան նրբանցքի 2 և 4 շենքերի միացյալ բակեր, որոնք ևս բարեկարգվել են այս տարվա ծրագրով: Բնակիչների հետ գնահատելով կատարած աշխատանքը՝ Տարոն Մարգարյանը մեկ անգամ ևս շեշտել է, որ քաղաքապետարանի տարեկան ծրագրերը կազմվում են հիմնականում հենց բնակիչների կողմից առաջադրվող առաջնահերթություններով, որոնց հիմքում նախ և առաջ դրված է հարմարավետ մայրաքաղաք ունենալու հիմնանպատակը. «2014թ. զարգացման ծրագրերով մայրաքաղաքի բոլոր վարչական շրջաններում նախատեսված աշխատանքները հիմնականում արդեն մոտենում են ավարտին և կարող եմ ասել, որ բոլոր այն խնդիրներն ու ծրագրերը, որոնք դրել էինք մեր առջև, ավարտին ենք հասցրել: Այս աշխատանքները լինելու են շարունակական նաև առաջիկա տարիներին, և մայրաքաղաքի համաչափ զարգացման համատեքստում գործընթացն իրականացվելու է բոլոր վարչական շրջաններում: Յուրաքանչյուր տարի մենք աշխատում ենք ընդլայնել նաև իրականացվող ծրագրերի ծավալները, որպեսզի օր առաջ ավարտին հասցնենք մայրաքաղաքի բոլոր բակերի բարեկարգումն ու դրանք հանձնենք մեր բնակիչներին»,- նշել է քաղաքապետը:
Տարիներ շարունակ ավտոտնակների, ինքնակամ զբաղեցված բոստանային տարածքների փոխարեն բնակիչների տնօրինմանն են հանձնվել անհրաժեշտ բոլոր պայմաններով ապահովված՝ գեղեցիկ զրուցարաններով, նստարաններով, մանուկների համար խաղահրապարակներով կահավորված հանգստի փոքրիկ գոտիներ: Միջավայրն առավել գրավիչ ու ջերմ են դարձնում նաև բակերում իրականացվող նկարազարդման աշխատանքները, որոնք ևս լինելու են շարունակական:
