Մենք հպարտ ենք, որ հայ ժողովուրդը միաձայն դատապարտում է Բաքվի՝ միայն վախկոտ ազգին բնորոշ ոճով ստոր հանդգնությունը և սատարում է Արցախի մեր եղբայրներին և քույրերին:
Մենք հպարտ ենք ՀՀ նախագահ, Գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատար Սերժ Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ Հայոց բանակի պրոֆեսիոնալ, մարտական բարձր պարտրաստվածությամբ և հնարավորություններով:
Մենք հպարտ ենք, որ Երկրապահի առաջնորդ զորավար Մանվելն առաջին օրվանից մինչև այժմ պատրաստակամ կանգնած է իր ազգի կողքին: Նա, ինչպես միշտ ու նաև այսօր, հայ ժողովրդի միասնականության ջատագովն է: Վայրենի թուրքից տասնապատիկ անգամ ուժեղ և իր երկրի, իր ազգի համար անսահման նվիրվածությամբ ապացուցել է և մարմնավորում է իսկական հայ երկրապահին: Նա, լինելով հեռատես, նաև ջանք ու եռանդ չի խնայում մեր երիտասարդ սերնդի՝ որպես ազգի երկրապահ դաստիարակելու սուրբ գործի համար և դրա հաստատուն հիմքերն է դրել:
Դրանում է գեներալի հզորությունը և հայոց ժամանակակից պատմության վառ էջերն է շարունակում ոսկե տառերով գրել իր արիությամբ և պատրաստակամությամբ՝ ցանկացած պահի պատրաստ լինելով պաշտպանել իր ազգի անվտանգությունը:
Այո, այսօր ավելի շատ, քան երբեք, մենք կարիք ունենք միասնականության, մենք ուղղակի իրավունք չունենք պառակտվելու և ալիևյան բռնապետ ռեժիմին գեթ մեկ հնարավորություն տալու «առիթավորվելու»:
Այսօր ավելի շատ, քան երբեք, մենք մի կողմ պետք է թողնենք մեր անձնական ամբիցիաները:
Մեր ուժը հենց մեր միախմբվածության մեջ է:
Այսօր փաստացի թշնամին մեր համբերության հետ է խաղում և խոչընդոտում է մեր նահատակ հերոսների մարմինները վերադարձնելուն:
Մենք անվերապահորեն միանում ենք գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի՝ թշնամուց մեր տղաների մարմինները վերադարձնելու պատրաստակամության կոչին: Մենք պատրաստ ենք, որպես երկրապահներ, մեկ ժամ առաջ գալ և միանալ մեր հայրենիքի եղբայրներին և գեներալի գլխավորությամբ գնալ մեր հերոս զինվորների աճյունների հետևից, և եթե պետք է՝ շարունակել ճանապարհը մինչև Բաքու: Եվ սպասում ենք զորավարի հրամանին:
