Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված միջոցառումների շրջագծում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախարարության ջանքերով Մայր Հայրենիք է տեղափոխվել 19-րդ դարավերջին ու 20-րդ դարասկզբին հայ ժողովրդի մղած ազգային ազատագրական պայքարի, ապա Հայաստանի Առաջին Հանրապետության բանակի կայացման նվիրյալ, ռազմական ու պետական գործիչ, Հայաստանի խորհրդարանի անդամ Զորավար Սեպուհի' Արշակ Ներսիսյանի աճյունասափորը:
Նոյեմբերի 20-ին ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի մասնակցությամբ Զորավար Սեպուհի աճյունասափորն ամփոփվել է «Եռաբլուր» զինվորական պանթեոնում:
Զորավարի հիշատակին նվիրված ոգեկոչման միջոցառմանը մասնակցում նաև ՀՀ ԶՈւ ԳՇ պետ, գեներալ-գնդապետ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը, պաշտպանության նախարարի և ԶՈւ ԳՇ պետի տեղակալները, բարձրաստիճան հյուրեր, հասարակական և երիտասարդական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, Զորավար Սեպուհի հարազատները:
Միջոցառման ընթացքում հնչած ելույթներում ներկայացվեց զորավարի կյանքն ու անցած հերոսական ուղի: Ընդգծվեց, որ Էրզրումի նահանգի Բաբերդի գավառակում ծնված Արշակ Ներսիսյանը դեռ պատանեկության տարիներից է նվիրվել հայդուկային շարժմանը, ունեցել է բազում հաղթանակներ և նրա վերջին երազանքն է եղել այն, որ իր աճյունն ամփոփվի հայրենի հողում
Իր ելույթում ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը փաստել է, որ Զորավար Սեպուհը ռազմական թատերաբեմում մշտապես հանդես է եկել հենց այն ժամանակ, երբ զգացվել է նրա կարիքը, հայտնվել մեր հերոսական հաղթական ճանապարհի այն կետերում, որտեղ վտանգ է սպառնացել հայոց լինելիությանը:
Արշակ Ներսիսյանի հիշատակին նվիրված միջոցառումների շարքը եզրրափակվել է «Առնո Բաբաջանյան» համերգասրահում, որտեղ կազմակերպվել էր մեծ ֆիդայուն ու զինվորականին նվիրված հուշ-ցերեկույթ:
Զորավար Սեպուհը ծնվել է 1872 թ-ին Արևմտյան Հայաստանի Բաբերդ գավառի գյուղերից մեկում։ Ազատագրական շարժմանը միացել է Կ. Պոլսում, հետագայում գործել է Արևմտյան Հայաստանում։ Եղել է Հնչակյան, հետագայում Դաշնակցություն կուսակցությունների անդամ: Մասնակցել է Սասունի 1904-ի ապստամբությանը, Առաջին աշխարհամարտի Կովկասյան ռազմաճակատի Խոյի և Դիլմանի ճակատամարտերին, Սարդարապատի հերոսամարտին և Բաքվի հայոց ինքնապաշտպանությանը: Անգամ կյանքի-մահվան կռիվների ընթացքում նա սրտացավորեն մտահոգվել է հայապահպանության մասին, 1916թ. Երզնկայում Սեբաստացի Մուրադի հետ ստեղծելով «Մեկ հայ, մեկ ոսկի» հիմնադրամը, որի արդյունքում փրկվել են Հայոց ցեղասպանության հետևանքով գաղթականներ դարձածն հարյուրավոր որբեր: Հայաստանում խորհրդային կարգեր հաստատվելուց հետո արտագաղթել է ԱՄՆ, որտեղ և վախճանվել է 1940 թ-ին։
