Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը հասարակությանը թույլ է տալիս ստեղծված նոր իրավիճակում փնտրել և գտնել իր շահը:
Ազգային ժողովում ԵՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցության վերաբերյալ խորհրդարանական լսումների ժամանակ նման կարծիք հայտնեց «Ինտեգրացիա եւ զարգացում» հետազոտության եւ վերլուծության հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ Արամ Սաֆարյանը: «Մենք համոզված ենք, որ մեր հասարակությունը պետք է անմիջապես լծվի ստեղծված նոր իրավիճակից իր օգուտները գտնելու դժվարին գործին: Ցանկանում եմ հատուկ ընդգծել, որ 2013թ. սեպտեմբերից մինչև այս տարվա սեպտեմբեր իր ականացված տարբեր հարցումները ցույց են տվել, որ մեր հասարակության մեծ մասը կողմ է Հայաստանի անդամակցությանը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը և փորձում է հասկանալ իր օգուտները այս միությանն անդամակցությունից»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, նշեց նա՝ հավելելով, որ Հայաստանի քաղաքական ուժերի մեծ մասը ևս այս հարցում տարաձայնություններ չունի:
Արամ Սաֆարյանը ԵՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը կարևորում է նաև ՌԴ-ում աշխատող հայերի միգրացիոն խնդիրների կարգավորման համատեքստում: Նա հիշեցրեց, որ Ռուսաստանում նոր միգրացիոն օրենքի ընդունման արդյունքում շուրջ 67 հազար Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների մուտքը ՌԴ արգելվել է: «Սակայն Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության պայմանագրին Հայաստանի միանալուն ընդառաջ Ռուսաստանի կառավարությունը վերանայեց այս հարցը, և արդեն իսկ սկսվել է այդ քաղաքացիների խնդիրների կարգավորման գործընթացը: Այդ գործընթացն արդեն 2 ամիս է շարունակվում է, և այդ մարդկանց կր կին թույլատրվում է մուտք գործել Ռուսաստան, աշխատել և պահել Հայաստանում մնացած իրենց հարազատներին»,- նշեց Սաֆարյանը:
Արամ Սաֆարյանը համոզմունք հայտնեց, որ 2015թ. հունվարից, երբ կսկսի գործել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մասին պայմանագիրը., պարզ կդառնա, որ Երևանը բիզնես ծավալելու առումով ամենաէժան քաղաքն է լինելու, քանի որ ԵՏՄ անդամ երկրներից Հայաստանն ամենալիբերալ ռեժիմ ունեցող երկիրն է: «Մենք անմիջապես պայմաններ պետք է ստեղծենք, որպեսզի Հայաստանը գրավիչ երկիր դառնա 170-միլիոնանոց շուկա ունեցող միության անդամ երկրների համար: Դրա համար հարկավոր է պահպանել լիբերալ ռեժիմը, չփչացնել հարկային վարչարարությունը»,- նշեց Սաֆարյանը:
Նա նաև կարծիք հայտնեց, որ ԵՏՄ-ին անդամակցելով՝ Հայաստանը կարող է կրկին հնարավորություն ստանալ դառնալու արդյունաբերական երկիր:
