Մոսկվայի քաղաքային դատարանն անփոփոխ է թողել ՀՀ քաղաքացի Հրաչյա Հարությունյանի՝ Պոդոլսոկում ավտոբուսի հետ բախված «Կամազ» մակնիշի մեքենայի վարորդի դատավճիռը: Այս մասին հայտնել է Rosbalt-ը:
Հարությունյանի մասնակցությամբ վթարի արդյունքում 18 մարդ էր զոհվել, 40-ը՝ վիրավորվել:
«Մոսկվայի Տրոիցկի դատարանի դատավճիռը Հարությունյանի նկատմամբ թողնել անփոփոխ, իսկ պաշտպանության ու տուժածների բողոքները չբավարարել»,- հայտարարել է դատավորը:
Պաշտպանող կողմը խնդրում էր արդարացնել Հարությունյանի դատավճիռը նրա կողմից կեղծ փաստաթուղթ օգտագործելու մեղադրանքի մասով:
Ինչպես նշել են փաստաբանները, ՃՏՊ-ի մասով Հարությունյանն ընդունում է իր մեղքն ու զղջում դրա համար: Հարությունյանի փաստաբան Ռուբեն Մարգարյանի խոսքով՝ առաջին ատյանի դատարանը վկաների ցուցմունքներին հարկ եղած գնահատական չի տվել, ինչպես նաև դատավճռի հիմքում է դրել անթույլատրելի ապացույցներ: Իրենց հերթին տուժածները կարծում են, որ դատարանը հաշվի չի առել Հարությունյանի կողմից իրականացրած հանցագործության հանրության համար ներկայացնող ողջ վտանգը: Նրանք նաև խնդրել են չեղյալ հայտարարել դատավճիռը, Հարությունյանին առավելագույն պատիժ նշանակել ու բավարարել քաղաքացիական հայցը:
Հարությունյանն անձամբ մասնակցել է նիստին, սակայն ոչ մի հայտարարություն չի կատարել ու դատավարությանը գրեթե չի մասնակցել՝ նշելով, որ իր փոխարեն ամեն ինչ փաստաբանները կասեն:
Դատավարությունից հետո փաստաբան Մարգարյանը նշել է, որ մտադիր է կրկին բողոքարկել դատավճիռը նաև վճռաբեկ դատարանում: Մոսկվայի Տրոիցկու դատարանն ավելի վաղ Հարությունյանին մեղավոր էր ճանաչել ՌԴ ՔՕ 264-րդ ու 327 –րդ հոդվածներով:
Հարությունյանը դատապարտվել էր 6 տարի ու 9 ամիս ազատազրկման և մեկ տարվա ուղղիչ աշխատանքների:
