Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Սպիտակի քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է Վրեժ Ոսկերչյանի առողջությանը' դիտավորությամբ կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող ծանր վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համաձայն՝ Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ Ն. Աբրահամյանը 2014 թվականի փետրվարի 14-ին՝ ժամը 22:08-ին, կարճ հաղորդագրություն է ուղարկել Սպիտակ քաղաքի բնակիչ, գործով տուժող Վրեժ Ոսկերչյանի քրոջ հեռախոսահամարին։ Հարցը պարզաբանելու նպատակով նույն օրը՝ ժամը 23:30-ի սահմաններում, Սպիտակ քաղաքի «999» չգործող խանութի մոտ, Վրեժ Ոսկերչյանն ընկերների հետ հանդիպել է Ն.Աբրահամյանի, նրա ընկերների եւ եղբայրների հետ, նրանց թվում է եղել նաեւ գործով մեղադրյալ Գ.Ղազարյանը։
Հաղորդագրություն ուղարկելու հարցը պարզաբանելու ընթացքում Վ.Ոսկերչյանը ձեռքով մեկական հարված է հասցրել Ն.Աբրահամյանի և Գ.Ղազարյանի դեմքին, որից հետո նրանք փոխադարձաբար հարվածներ են հասցրել միմյանց, որի ընթացքում Գ.Ղազարյանն իր մոտ պահվող դանակով հարվածել է Վրեժ Ոսկերչյանի կրծքավանդակի ձախից առաջային մակերեսին, առաջացրել ծակած-կտրած թափանցող վնասվածք' դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը պատճառելով կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող ծանր վնաս:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Գ.Ղազարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Քրեական գործով մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազի կողմից, և գործն ուղարկվել Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով' դատարանի' օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
