Երևանի ավագանու նոյեմբերի 26-ին գումարված հերթական նիստի քննարկումների շրջանակում ավագանու «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Թամարա Պողոսյանը հանդես է եկել ելույթով, որում, մեջբերելով 2015 թվականի բյուջեի նախագծի ցուցանիշները, նշել է, որ բյուջեի կանխատեսվող 4% աճի պարագայում էական գումարներ է նախատեսվում ուղղել աշխատավարձերի բարձրացմանը, ինչը, ըստ բանախոսի, նպատակահարմար չէ:
«Խմբակցությունը քննարկել է հարցի և՛ քաղաքական, և՛ սոցիալական, և՛ բարոյական, և՛ ֆինանսական, և՛ իրավաբանական բոլոր կողմերը ու տեսել ենք մեծ մտահոգություններ, և այն պատասխանատվությունը, որ այսօր դրվում է Երևանի ավագանու վրա, ես կարող եմ ասել, որ առնվազն խնդրահարույց եմ համարում: Ըստ այդմ, «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը դեմ է քվեարկելու» - նշել է Թամարա Պողոսյանը:
Հարկ է նկատել, որ թեև բյուջետային գործընթացը ինչպես Երևանի քաղաքապետին կից Երևանի քաղաքային համայնքի զարգացման քառամյա ծրագրի և տարեկան բյուջեի կառավարման խորհրդի նիստում, այնպես էլ Երևան քաղաքի 2015 թվականի բյուջեի նախագծի և Երևանի զարգացման 2015 թվականի ծրագրի նախագծի հանրային լսումների ժամանակ մանրամասն ներկայացվել ու նշվել էր և՛ համայնքային ծառայողների, և՛ մանկապարտեզների ու գրադարանների աշխատողների աշխատավարձերի բարձրացման ու դրա հատկացման վերաբերյալ, «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը որևէ առարկություն դրա վերաբերյալ չէր ներկայացրել: Ավելին, հավանություն էր տվել ու կողմ քվեարկել նույն խմբագրմամբ ավագանու քննարկմանը ներկայացնելուն: Սույնը հաշվի առնելով՝ առնվազն տարակուսելի էր բյուջետային հիմնավորումներով աշխատավարձերի բարձրացման հարցում խմբակցության դիրքորոշումը:
Վերոնշյալից ելնելով՝ նիստը վարող Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը նշել է.
«Հարգելի ավագանիներ, գործընկերներ, ուզում եմ տեղեկացնել, որ բյուջետային գործընթացի շրջանակում Երևանի ավագանու անդամներին մենք առաջարկել ենք 2015թ.-ի հունվարի 1-ից բարձրացնել շուրջ 7000 աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերը: Խոսքը համայնքային ծառայողների, մանկապարտեզների աշխատակիցների և գրադարանների աշխատակիցների մասին է: Նաև տեղեկացնեմ, որ համայնքային ծառայողների աշխատավարձերը չորս տարի առաջ են բարձրացվել, իսկ մանկապարտեզների և գրադարանային աշխատողների աշխատավարձերը 10-ից ավելի տարի է չեն բարձրացվել: Եվ այսօր մենք ունենք այն միջոցները, այն հնարավորությունները, որ 7000 աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձեր բարձրացնենք: Ավագանու Հանրապետական խմբակցությունը, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմը երկար քննարկել են հարցը, և եկել ենք այն եզրակացության, որ, այո՛, մենք պե՛տք է 7000 աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերի բարձրացում նախաձեռնենք և հնարավորություն տանք այդ 7000 ընտանիքներին, որ կարողանան մինիմալ աշխատավարձից բարձր աշխատավարձ ստանան», - շեշտել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
