«Նաիրիտ» գործարանի աշխատակիցները հերթական աշխատավարձը կստանան մոտակա երկու օրվա ընթացքում, իսկ մինչ դեկտեմբերի 25-ը կստանան ևս մեկ ամսվա չվճարված աշխատավարձ: Այս մասին «Նաիրիտ»-ում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ժամանակ գործարանի աշխատակիցներին հայտնեց ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարար Երվանդ Զախարյանը: Նա նշեց, որ աշխատակիցների կողմից դրվող բոլոր պահանջները' սկսած գործարանի վերագործարկումից մինչ աշխատավարձերի հետվերադարձ, արդարացի են, սակայն պետությունը ներկայումս չունի իրավական հիմքեր այդ պահանջների կատարման համար: «Մենք գիտակցում ենք, որ Սահմանադրությամբ պարտավոր ենք ձեր իրավունքները պաշտպանել, սակայն կառավարության կողմից արվող բոլոր քայլերը պետք է իրավաբանորեն հիմնավորված լինեն: Մինջ օրս վճարված աշխատավարձերը եղել են Երևանի ՋԷԿ-ի հաշվին, որը փոխառության սկզբունքով 12-13 մլրդ դրամ է տրամադրել «Նաիրիտ»-ին: Դրանք ձևակերպվել են որպես վարկեր, իսկ վարկերն ունեն տոկոսադրույքներ, որոնց ծավալը տարեկան շուրջ 1 մլրդ դրամ է»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ' ասաց նա:
Նաիրիտցիները հանդիպման ընթացքում դիմեցին նախարարին' խնդրելով, որ դեկտեմբերի աշխատավարձը տրամադրվի ավելի շուտ, քանի որ նախատոնական շրջանում կարիք ունեն լրացուցիչ ծախսերի: Նախարարն էլ իր հերթին խոստացավ, որ վարչապետի հետ կքննարկի հարցը և հնարավորության դեպքում ընդառաջ կգնան «Նաիրիտ»-ի աշխատակիցների խնդրանքին:
Երվանդ Զախարյանի խոսքով' պետությունն այժմ կառավարում է «Նաիրիտ»-ի բաժնետոմսերի ընդամենը 10 տոկոսը, իսկ մյուս բաժնետոմսերը ձեռք բերելու գործընթացը դեռևս չի ավարտվել, որն էլ խոչընդոտում է կառավարության և նախարարության ծրագրերին: Նախարարը, սակայն, չցանկացավ գնահատականներ հնչեցնել այն մասին, թե ինչու առաջացավ այդ իրավիճակը կամ ով է մեղավորը: «Ես երբեք թույլ չեմ տա ինձ գնահատականներ տալ, թե ինչու է այդպես, դրանք այլ բնագավառի հարցեր են: Ինձ նշանակել են Էներգետիկայի նախարար, և պետք է կարողանանք ճիշտ լուծում տալ այս խնդրին: Մենք ունենք այն, ինչ ունենք, և մեր քայլերը պետք է տանեն նրան, որ հետագայում ավելի լավ լինի»,- ասաց նա:
«Նաիրիտ» արհեստական կաուչուկ արտադրող գործարանը հիմնվել է 1940 թվականին: Այն նախկին ԽՍՀՄ երկրներին և ներքին շուկային մատակարարել է մոտ 34 տեսակի քիմիական արտադրանք։ «Նաիրիտ»-ն ԱՊՀ-ում և Եվրոպայի երկրներում քլորոպրենային կաուչուկների և լատեքսների միակ արտադրողն է: «Նաիրիտ Գործարան» ՓԲԸ-ում ձևակերպված են ավելի քան 2000 աշխատակիցներ, որոնցից ավելի քան 1300-ը հարկադիր պարապուրդում են: «Նաիրիտ գործարան» ՓԲԸ-ի պարտքն այսօր կազմում է արդեն 102 մլրդ դրամ, որից 63-ը' վարկային պարտավորություններց են, իսկ 6 մլրդ դրամը' աշխատավարձի գծով պարտքը, 20 միլիարդը պարտք է Երևանի ՋԷԿ-ին, 8,5 միլիարդը' բյուջետային պարտք է, 1,4 միլիարդը պարտք է «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերությանը, իսկ 1,2 միլիարդը' «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությանը:
