ՀՀ էներգետիկայի եւ բնական պաշարների նախարար Երվանդ Զախարյանը երեկ գնացել էր «Նաիրիտ»' հանդիպելու աշխատակազմի հետ եւ նրանց գործարանի վերագործարկման եւ աշխատավարձերի վճարման շուրջ հերթական անիրականանալի խոստումները տալու: Նկատենք, որ մինչ այս Զախարյանը խուսափում էր «Նաիրիտի» հետ կապված որեւէ հստակ հայտարարություն անել, ավելին՝ ընդամենը մի քանի ամիս առաջ հրապարակավ հայտարարեց, որ Կառավարությունը մինչ օրս չի կարողանում հասկանալ, թե ով, որքան եւ ինչ ճանապարհներով է տարիների ընթացքում արնաքամ արել արդյունաբերական այս հսկային: Հիմա, փաստորեն, Զախարյանն ի վերջո հասկացել է այդ մեխանիզմները, սակայն այդպես էլ «Նաիրիտը» թալանողների դեմ որեւէ քայլ չի պատրաստվում անել: Գրում է «Ժողովուրդ»-ը:
Նա ընդամենն ահազանգում է, որ վիճակը շատ լուրջ է' գործարանի պարտքն արդեն կազմում է 102 միլիարդ դրամ, որից 6 միլիարդը աշխատավարձի գծով պարտքն է, 63 միլիարդը' վարկային պարտավորությունները, 20 միլիարդը' Երեւանի ՋԷԿ-ին, 8,5 միլիարդը' բյուջետային պարտքը, 1,4 միլիարդը' «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա»-ի, իսկ 1,2 միլիարդը' ՀԷՑ-ի պարտքերը: Միով բանիվ' այսօր «Նաիրիտը» դարձել է մի հսկայական բեռ Հայաստանի ուսերին, որի ծանրությունը' մեծացող պարտքերի տեսքով, գնալով ավելի ու ավելի է աճում:
Զախարյանի երեկվա հայտարարություններից էլ ակնհայտ էր, Կառավարությունը պատրաստ է գնալ ամեն ինչի, միայն թե կարողանա «Նաիրիտը» հնարավորինս շուտ վաճառել: Այս հարցում հիշեցնենք՝ իշխանությունները մեծ հույսեր էին տածում կապված «Ռոսնեֆթի» հետ, որը մեկ տարի առաջ Վլ. Պուտինի' Հայաստան կատարած այցի շրջանակներում հետաքրքրություն էր ցուցաբերել «Նաիրիտի» հանդեպ. ռուսները խոստացել էին այն գնել' Հայաստանի բյուջեն ազատելով նման բեռից: Եվ երբ ՀՅԴ-ն առաջարկում էր Աժ-ում «Նաիրիտի» հարցով հանձնաժողով ստեղծել, ՀՀԿ-ականներն իրենց ձայնալարերը չէին խնայում' ՀՅԴ պատգամավորներին բացատրելու համար, որ հանձնաժողովի ստեղծումը կխափանի ակնկալվող գործարքը:
