Թուրքիայում մարդկության դեմ կատարված հանցագործությունների ընդունման և կատարվածի համար ներողություն խնդրելու օրինագիծը հայկական շահերի տեսանկյունից ոչ թե հայանպաստ է՝ այլ քրդամետ: Նմանատիպ կարծիք նոյեմբերի 29-ին հայտնեց թուրքագետ, «Եփրատ» կենտրոնի նախագահ Գևորգ Պետրոսյանը:
«Այստեղ հավասարության նշան է դրվում քրդերի կոտորածների հետ՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության հետ մեկտեղ հիշատակում են նաև Դերսիմի, Չորումի, Սեբաստիայի և Մարաշի կոտորածները, որտեղ արդեն տուժողների դերում եղել են քրդերը և ալևինները: Սա միայն հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչմանը միտված օրինագիծ չէ, այլ մի քանի կոտորածների և դեպքերի ճանաչումը միաժամանակ անցկացնելու փորձ է: Այսինքն՝ փորձ է արվում հավասարություն դնել այդ բոլոր դեպքերի միջև: Իսկ իրենց մասշտաբներով և էությամբ դրանք տարբեր հարթություններում են՝ Հայեց ցեղասպանությունը անհամեմատելի է քրդերի տեղային կոտորածների հետ», - նշեց Գևորգ Պետրոսյանը:
Թուրքագետը մանրամասնեց, որ որոշ քրդական քաղաքական գործիչների կողմից Հայոց ցեղասպանության փաստը շահարկելու հետ մեկտեղ, փորձ է արվում ճնշումներ գործադրել թուրքական պետության նկատմամբ: Եվ հետաքրքրական է, որ հաճախ ցեղասպանության պատասխանատվությունը քրդարդական որոշ շրջանակներ փորձում են իրենց վրայից հանել՝ դնելով այն միայն թուրքական պետության վրա:
«Այս օրինագծի առաջադրումը կարևոր է նրանով, որ Թուրքիայում արդեն հնարավոր է խոսել Հայոց ցեղասպանության և այլ կոտորածների վերաբերյալ: Որքան էլ սա քրդական նախաձեռնություն է, մենք՝ հայերս, կարող ենք օգուտ ունենա, բայց այն միանշանակ ծառայում է թուրքական պետության շահերին: Թեև այս օրինագիծը որևէ իրավական շարունակություն Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանում չի կարող ունենալ, որովհետև այն դեմ է թուրքական պետականության հիմքերին, սակայն Թուրքիան հնարավորություն է ստանալու շահարկել փաստը, որ այն այնքան է փոխել, որ Թուրքիայում արդեն հնարավոր է խոսե լ ցեղասպանության մասին և անգամ խորհրդարան նման օրինագիծ մտցնել», - նշեց Գևորգ Պետրոսյանը:
«Եփրատ» կենտրոնի նախագահի գնահատմամբ՝ սա մեծ աղմուկ առաջ բերեց Թուրքիայում, քանի որ աննախադեպ քայլ: Այնուամենայնիվ, այն իր մեջ ներառում է որոշ ենթակետեր, որոնք մեզ համար կարող են հանդիսանալ ռիսկային:
Օրեր առաջ Թուրքիայի «Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության» (ԺԴԿ-HDP) կին պատգամավոր Սեբահաթ Թունջելը Թուրքիայի խորհրդարան է ներակայացրել մի օրինագիծ, որով առաջարկում է, որ երկրի Նախագահ Ռեջեփ Էրդողանըներողություն խնդրի հայերից Հայոց ցեղասպանության համար: Ընդ որում, ներողությունը նա պետք է խնդրի պաշտոնապես ողջ Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության անունից: Առաջարկվող օրինագծի համաձայն՝ Թուրքիայի Նախագահը պաշտոնապես ներողություն պետք է խնդրի խորհրդարանի ամբիոնից: Իսկ հաջորդ օրը կոտորածի վայրերից մեկում Նախագահի կողմից պետք է ընթերցվի ներողություն խնդրելու տեքստը: Դրանից հետո առավելագույնը 1 տարվա ընթացքում պետք է ստեղծվի խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողով, որի առաջ պետք է բացվեն պետական բոլոր արխիվները:
