Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցությունից հետո ՀՀ պետական բյուջեն ցնցումների չի ենթարկվի: Ազգային ժողովում Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը ՀՀ միանալու պայմանագրի քննարկման ժամանակ այս մասին նշեց ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Կարայանը՝ պատասխանելով «Ժառանգություն» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թևան Պողոսյանի հարցին, թե ինչ ցնցումների կենթարկվի ՀՀ պետբյուջեն 2015թ. հունվարից, երբ Հայաստանը կդառնա ԵՏՄ անդամ:
«Հայաստանի Հանրապետական բյուջեն որևէ ցնցման չի ենթարկվի: Որքանով տեղյակ եմ, այս քառօրյայի ընթացքում խորհրդարանը վերսկսելու է 2015թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկումները, և դրանց արդյունքում բոլոր պատգամավորները կարող են տեսնել, որ պետբյուջեն ցնցումների չի ենթարկվելու»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց նա:
Պատգամավորի մյուս հարցին, թե որքանով է ԵՏՄ-ին անդամակցելը բխում Հայաստանի շահերից, Սուրեն Կարայանը վստահեցրեց, որ անդամակցությունն, անխոս, բխում է Հայաստանի շահերից, քանի որ երկրի համար տնտեսական կայուն զարգացում ապահովելու լուրջ հնարավորություններ են ստեղծվելու: Նա վստահություն հայտնեց, որ Հայաստանում ԵՏՄ-ին անդամակցելուց հետո զգալիորեն կավելանան տեղական արտադրության ծավալները, կխթանվի արտահանումը:
Փոխնախարարը մատնանշեց նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ Հայաստանը տարեկան 1.2-2.5 տոկոս լրացուցիչ տնտեսական աճ է ապահովելու: «Ես կարող եմ վստահ ասել, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսակակն միությանն անդամակցելը բխում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության շահերից»,- եզրափակեց Սուրեն Կարայանը:
Ազգային ժողովը քննարկում է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցության պայմանագիրը: Հիմնական զեկուցող Սուրեն Կարայանը ներկայացրել է պայմանագրի հիմնական դրույթները, անդամակցություն շնորհիվ Հայաստանի համար ստեղծվելիք հնարավորությունները:
