ԼՂՀ ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանում ընթացիկ տարվա հուլիսին Շահումյանի շրջանով ԼՂՀ պետական սահմանն ապօրինաբար հատած ադրբեջանական հետախուզական-դիվերսիոն խմբի երկու անդամների՝ Շահբազ Գուլիևի և Դիլհամ Ասկերովի գործով դատական նիստում դեկտեմբերի 3-ին որպես գործով վկա ներկա է եղել մոտ մեկ տարի առաջ Ադրբեջանում գերեվարված ՊԲ ժամկետային նախկին զինծառայող Հակոբ Ինջիղուլյանը:
Նրան ադրբեջանական գերության ժամանակ հարցաքննել է ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական սահմանն ապօրինաբար հատած դիվերսիոն խմբի սպանված անդամ, Ադրբեջանի հատուկ ծառայության աշխատակից Հասան Հասանովը, ով խմբի մյուս անդամների հետ միասին նկարահանումներ է իրականացրել Արցախի Քարվաճառի շրջանում:
Դիվերսիոն խմբի անդամների ձերբակալման ժամանակ նրանց մոտ հայտնաբերված տեսախցիկում, ի թիվս այլ տեսանկարահանումների, առկա է եղել նաև Ադրբեջանում Հակոբ Ինջիղուլյանի հարցքաննությունը ներկայացնող տեսանյութ:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արցախպրես»-ը, դատական նիստին հրավիրված համակարգչային մասնագետի օգնությամբ վկա Հակոբ Ինջիղուլյանը նախ ծանոթացել է Ադրբեջանում հարցաքննության ժամանակ նկարահանված տեսանյութին, որից հետո պատասխանելով դատավորի, պետական մեղադրողի և դատապաշտպանների հարցերին, նա դատական գործին առնչվող մանրամասներ է պատմել ադրբեջանական գերության վերաբերյալ:
Հակոբ Ինջիղուլյանի տված ցուցմունքների համաձայն՝ սահմանի ադրբեջանական կողմում իր հայտնվելը պայմանավորված է եղել վատ եղանակային պայմաններով ու թույլ տեսողությամբ: Ջուր բերելու նպատակով նա դուրս է եկել դիրքից և հայտնվել ադրբեջանական ընտանիքում, որի մատնությամբ էլ նրան ձերբակալել ու ծեծել են 2 ազերի զինվորականներ: Վկայի պատմածով, իրեն Բաքվում բանտարկել են ռազմական գաղութում, որտեղ իրեն պահել են առանձին խցիկում և պարբերաբար ծեծել ու նվաստացրել: Բացի այդ, գնդակահարելու սպառնալիքով նրան ստիպել են ԿԽՄԿ-ի ու ՄԱԿ-ի ներկայացուցիչներին ասել , թե այլևս չի ցանկանում վերադառնալ հայրենիք: Գերության ընթացքում հարցաքննելով Հակոբ Ինջիղուլյանին' ադրբեջանցիները նաև փոքր տեսախցիկով տեսանկարահանումներ են կատարել։ Ըստ Ինջիղուլյանի՝ դատական նիստում որպես իրեղեն ապացույց ներկայացված, սպանված դիվերսանտ Հասան Հասանովի մոտ հայտնաբերված տեսախցիկն արտաքին տվյալներով համապատասխանում է ադրբեջանական բանտում իր հարցաքննության ընթացքում օգտագործված տեսախցիկին:
Վկա Ինջիղուլյանն ի դեմս Հասան Հասանովի նկարի, ճանաչել է այն անձնավորությանը, ով ներկա է եղել իր հարցաքննությանը։ Դատական նիստի ավարտին դատավոր Անատոլի Թադևոսյանը հայտարարել է դատաքննության փուլի ավարտի մասին, իսկ դեկտեմբերի 12-ին կսկսվի դատական վիճաբանության փուլը:
