Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանի հետ աշխատանքային շրջայց է կատարել քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության մի շարք պոլիկլինիկաներում: Շրջայցի շրջանակում Երևանի քաղաքապետն ու ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարը ծանոթացել և գնահատել են թիվ 8, 13, 15 և «Կարմիր Բլուր» պոլիկլինիկաներում քաղաքապետարանի տարեկան ծրագրով իրականացված նորոգման ու ջեռուցման աշխատանքները: Բացի այդ, բուժհաստատությունների պատասխանատուները ներկայացրել են նաև քաղաքապետարանի կողմից տրամադրված նոր բուժսարքավորումները, որոնք, նրանց հավաստմամբ, էապես բարելավել են աշխատանքների որակը: Անդրադառնալով քաղաքապետարանի որդեգրած քաղաքականությանն ու համայնքային ծրագրերով իրականացվող աշխատանքներին՝ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն ընդգծել է, որ հատկապես վերջին երկու տարիներին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը խիստ նպատակային ծրագրեր է իրականացնում քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության բուժհաստատությունների նորոգման և բուժսարքավորումների արդիականացման ուղղությամբ:
«Կարևորելով մեր բնակիչների առողջությունը՝ մենք մեր ծրագրերում առանձնակի ուշադրություն ենք դարձնում բուժման առաջնային օղակի որակին ու կատարելագործմանը: Հատկապես վերջին տարիներին մենք ավելի ու ավելի մեծ տեղ ենք հատկացնում առողջապահական հաստատությունների հիմնանորոգման, նորոգման խնդիրներին: Ավելին, տարիների տևական ընդմիջումից հետո 2014-ին մենք առաջին անգամ հնարավորություն ունեցանք համայնքային բյուջեից 100 միլիոն դրամ հատկացնել նոր սերնդի բուժսարքավորումների ձեռքբերման նպատակով, և ուզում եմ վստահեցնել, որ այս մոտեցումը լինելու է շարունակական: Պոլիկլինիկաներից այսօր մայրաքաղաքի 711 հազարից ավելի բնակիչ է օգտվում, և մեր առաջնահերթ խնդիրն է՝ կարճ ժամկետում ոչ միայն նորոգենք ու հիմնանորոգենք մեր պոլիկլինիկաները, այլև զուգահեռաբար վերազինենք նոր գույքով ու սարքավորումներով»,- ընդգծել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը:
Շրջայցի ընթացքում քաղաքապետը զրուցել է նաև աշխատակիցների ու բնակիչների հետ: Օգտվելով առիթից՝ վերջիններն իրենց շնորհակալությունն են հայտնել Տարոն Մարգարյանին ոլորտին ցուցաբերվող մշտական ուշադրության ու սոցիալական նշանակություն ունեցող առողջապահական ակցիաների կազմակերպման համար: Քաղաքապետն էլ վստահեցրել է, որ նմանատիպ բոլոր ծրագրերն ու նախաձեռնությունները լինելու են շարունակական:
ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանն էլ իր հերթին, կարևորելով իրականացվող ծրագրերն ու հատկապես նոր սերնդի բուժսարքավորումներով առաջնային բուժօգնության օղակի համալրումը, հույս է հայտնել, որ այն կլինի շարունակական:
«Իսկապես տպավորված եմ և որ կարևոր է՝ բարձր պատրաստակամություն է նկատվում պոլիկլինիկական օղակում: Հուսով եմ, որ մյուս պոլիկլինիկաները ևս, տեսնելով այս աշխատանքները, կկարողանան օրինակելի ճանաչել դրանք, և հնարավորություն կընձեռնվի, որ նրանք էլ ապահովվեն այսպիսի պայմաններով: Այն ռենտգեն սարքավորումները, որոնք տեսա երկու պոլիկլինիկաներում, կարող են ապահովել անհրաժեշտ ամենաբարձր որակը: Մեր բնակիչների սպասելիքներն իսկապես մեծ են, և հուսով եմ, որ նմանատիպ սարքավորումներով հետագայում կհագեցվեն նաև առաջնային բուժօղակի մնացած հիմնարկները ևս»,- նշել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարը:
Առանձնակի կարևորելով քաղաքացիներին պատշաճ բուժծառայությունների մատուցման ապահովումը, Տարոն Մարգարյանն ընդգծել է, որ առաջադրված պահանջների իրականացման հարցում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի հսկողությունը լինելու է մշտական: Քաղաքապետը պատասխանատուներին հանձնարարել է բնակիչներին ընդունել բարեկիրթ և բարյացակամ վերաբերմունք ցույց տալ նրանց:
