Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը ՀՀ կառավարության նիստերի մեծ դահլիճում ներկա է գտնվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության՝ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանն անդամակցության հարցերով աշխատաժողովի բացմանը: Միջոցառումը կազմակերպվել էր ՀՀ կառավարության եւ Հայաստանի գործարարների եւ արդյունաբերողների միության համատեղ ջանքերով:ՀՀ կառավարության եւ անձամբ իր անունից ողջունելով միջոցառման կազմակերպիչներին, հյուրերին եւ մասնակիցներին՝ վարչապետ Աբրահամյանը նշել է. «Վերջին տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության եւ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության միջեւ ինտեգրացիոն համագործակցությունն անընդմեջ զարգացել եւ հասել է իր գագաթնակետին սույն թվականի հոկտեմբերի 10-ին՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության, Բելառուսի Հանրապետության եւ Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահների կողմից՝ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անդամակցության պայմանագրի ստորագրմամբ: Այսօր համաշխարհային տնտեսության զարգացման միտումների եւ փոփոխությունների տեսանկյունից ինտեգրացումը դարձել է երկրների միջեւ համագործակցության հիմնական եւ հեռանկարային ուղղություններից մեկը՝ հատկապես հաշվի առնելով զարգացման զգալի ներուժը, ինչը եւ նախատեսվում է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության շրջանակում:Պետք է մեծ գոհունակությամբ նշեմ, որ բոլոր միջոցառումները, որոնք «ճանապարհային քարտեզով» նախատեսված էին իրականացնել մինչ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության՝ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանն անդամակցելու պայմանագրի ստորագրումը, ի ուրախություն մեր բոլորի, կատարված են: Այժմ իրականացվում են նպատակաուղղված աշխատանքներ այն բոլոր կետերի կատարման ուղղությամբ, որոնք պետք է իրականացվեն անդամակցությունից հետո: Մասնավորապես, անհրաժեշտ է ծանոթացնել մեր գործարար հանրությանն այն նոր հնարավորություններին եւ կանոնակարգումներին, որոնք առաջանում են Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցությամբ: Դրան էլ նվիրված է մեր այսօրվա միջոցառումը:Կցանկանայի հատկապես նշել, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության՝ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանն անդամակցության համար անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումների ծրագրի, այսինքն՝ «ճանապարհային քարտեզի» մշակման եւ իրականացման ուղղությամբ այս կարճ ժամանակահատվածում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության կողմից Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի մասնագետների հետ համատեղ կատարվել է հսկայածավալ աշխատանք: Կցանկանայի նաեւ ընդգծել տիկին Վալովայայի անձնական մեծ ներդրումն այս աշխատանքների իրականացման գործում:Վստահ եմ, որ այսօրվա քննարկումները կօժանդակեն մեր գործարարներին՝ տնտեսական կապերի հետագա զարգացման հեռանկարների ընդլայնման եւ փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցերի պարզաբանման առումով»:
