Սուր ինֆարկտների դեպքում մարդկանց կյանքը փրկելուն միտված ծրագրի ընդլայնման նպատակով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2015թ. պետական բյուջեով սրտի անհետաձգելի վիրահատությունների ծրագրի իրականացման համար կհատկացվի 500 մլն դրամ: Ծրագրում կընդգրկվեն այն քաղաքացիները, ովքեր ներառված չեն սրտի անվճար ինվազիվ վիրահատության իրավունք ունեցող որևէ խմբում: Այս մասին հայտնում են ԱՆ լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Սրտի ինվազիվ վիրահատություններ իրականացնող Երևանի 8 կլինիկայի, ինչպես նաև Գյումրիի ԲԿ-ի և Գորիսի սրտաբանական կենտրոնի ղեկավարների ու սրտաբանների, «Շտապբուժօգնություն» ՓԲԸ-ի տնօրենի մասնակցությամբ ևս մեկ անգամ քննարկվել են ծրագրի իրականացման մանրամասները:
Արմեն Մուրադյանը նշել է, որ այն բխում է հանրապետության Նախագահի նախընտրական ծրագրից և իրականացվելու է նրա հովանու ներքո։ Հաշվի է առնվել, որ ստենտավորումն ինֆարկտի դեպքում մարդու կյանքը փրկելու ամենաարդյունավետ միջոցն է և, որ մեր երկրում լայն տարածում ունեցող սրտանոթային հիվանդությունները մահացության ընդհանուր կառուցվածքում 48 տոկոս են կազմում։
Ներկայացվել են ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության գլխավոր սրտաբան Համլետ Հայրապետյանի ղեկավարած հանձնաժողովի կողմից մշակված և շրջանառության ժամանակ մասնագետների կողմից արված առաջարկությունների հիման վրա լրամշակված չափորոշիչները։ Դրանցում հստակեցվել են, թե բժշկական որ ցուցումների և էլեկտրասրտագրության ինչպիսի շեղումների դեպքում է անհրաժեշտ կոնսերվատիվ բուժում իրականացնել և որ դեպքերում հիվանդին ամենակարճ ժամանակում տեղափոխել տեխնոլոգիաներով ու մասնագետներով անհրաժեշտ հագեցվածություն ունեցող կլինիկա։ Նախարարը հանձնարարել է միջոցներ ձեռնարկել տարբեր մարզերից ևս հիվանդներին հնարավորինս կարճ ժամկետում տեղափոխելու ինվազիվ սրտաբանական ծառայություններ իրականացնող Երևանի և մարզային այն կենտրոններ, որոնք կընդգրկվեն ծրագրում։
Մանրամասն քննարկվել են ինչպես Երևանից, այնպես էլ մարզերից հիվանդների տեղափոխման և ծրագրում ընդգրկելու կազմակերպական հարցերը։ Կարևորվեց կենսականորեն անհրաժեշտ ժամկետները չկորցնելու հարցը։
«Աշխատանքներն այնպես պետք է կազմակերպենք, որ հենց սկզբից հիվանդի վիճակը ճիշտ գնահատվի, նվազագույնի հասցվեն հնարավոր բոլոր ռիսկերը և ապահովվի քաղաքացու իրազեկվածությունը»,-ասել է Արմեն Մուրադյանը։
Այս առումով ևս մեկ անգամ անդրադարձ է կատարվել շտապբուժօգնության ծառայության, ինչպես նաև առողջության առաջնային օղակի մասնագետների պատրաստվածությունը։ Ծառայության ղեկավար Թագուհի Ստեփանյանը վստահեցրել է, որ շտապբուժօգնության բոլոր բրիգադներն ունեն էլեկտրասրտագրության հնարավորություն, իսկ բժիշկները` մասնագիտական անհրաժեշտ պատրաստվածություն` էլեկտրասրտագրության շեղումները ճիշտ գնահատելու համար։
«Այս ծրագիրը սոցիալական պատասխանատվություն է պարտադրում, և պետք է աշխատանքներն այնպես կազմակերպենք, որ կյանքեր փրկելուն միտված ծրագիրն իսկապես նպատակին ծառայի»,-ասել է նախարարը` շեշտելով, որ խիստ հսկողություն է սահմանվելու հաստատված չափորոշիչների կիրառման նկատմամբ։ Նա հանձնարարել է մինչև տարեվերջ փորձարարական ծրագիր իրականացնել` իրական պահանջարկը և կլինիկաների հնարավորությունները հստակեցնելու նպատակով։
