Դեկտեմբերի 8-ին «Արաբո» ջոկատի հրամանատար Մանվել Եղիազարյանը եւ «Ապարան» ջոկատի հրամանատար Ռազմիկ Պետրոսյանը ռեստորանից դուրս գալիս հարձակման էին ենթարկվել։
«Հրապարակ» թերթը այս թեմայով գրում է. «Երբ նրանք ռեստորանից դուրս գալով մոտեցել են մեքենաներին, նրանց է մոտեցել 8-10 հագուց կազմված մի «խունտա»։ Մինչեւ հարվածներ տեղալը նախ մի քանի քաղաքական բնույթի բառակապակցություններ են բարբառել։ Մանվել Եղիազարյանը մեզ պատմեց. «Մոտիկացան մեզ ու թե՝ մենք ձեր կողքի կուպեում նստած էինք, դուք ուզում եք հեղափոխություն անեք, նախագահ փոխեք, ասեցի՝ բա դու ո՞վ ես, երիտասարդ, ասեց՝ քաղաքացի եմ, ասեցի՝ մենք մեր կարծիքն ենք հայտնել»։ Այս երկխոսությանը հաջորդել են հարվածները։
Ըստ Եղիազարյանի՝ իշխանության պաշտպանների խմբից բացի տարածքում այլ մարդ չի եղել։ Անգամ անվտանգության աշխատակիցներն իրենց չեն մոտեցել։ Տեսախցիկների առկայությունից էլ տեղյակ չէր։ Ռեստորանի մենեջերը մեզ հետ զրույցում մի տեսակ վիրավորվեց տեսախցիկի ակայության մասին մեր հարցից եւ խիստ տոնով նկատեց. «Մեզ մոտ ոչ մի տեղ էլ տեսախցիկ տեղադրված չէ, մենք անվտանգության աշխատող չունենք, մենք չենք տեսել կռիվ կամ վեճ»։
Եղիազարյանը վստահեցնում է, որ 28-30 տարեկան տղաներ էին, թիրախն էլ ավելի շատ Ռազմիկ Պետրոսյանն էր. «Իրանք ավելի շատ թիրախն ուղղել էին Ռազմիկի վրա, բայց ես ո՞նց կարայի չխառնվեի՝ իմ ընկերոջ վրա էին հարձակվել»։
Վստահեցնում է, որ այդ խմբին իրենք չեն նկատել Ռեստորանում։ Հարցին, թե համոզվա՞ծ է, որ քաղաքական նկատառումներով է եղել հարձակումը, պատասխանեց. «Քանի՞ քաղաքացի եք ճանաչում, որ կգան կպաշտպանեն այս իշխանություններին»:
