Մոսկվայի Բասմանյան դատարանը չորս ամսով՝ մինչև 2015 թվականի ապրիլի 19-ը, երկարացրել է հայ գործարար Լևոն Հայրապետյանի տնային կալանքի ժամկետը, տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ՏԱՍՍ-ին:
«Քննության առնելով կողմերի փաստարկները՝ դատարանը գալիս է այն եզրակացության, որ մեղադրյալ Հայրապետյանի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոցը երկարացնելու քննիչի միջնորդությունը ենթակա է բավարարման»,- հայտարարել է դատավոր Արթուր Կարպովը:
Ինչպես հայտնի է դարձել դատարանում, գործով հետաքննության ժամկետը երկարացվել է մինչև ապրիլի 28-ը:
Հայրապետյանին նաև արգելված է հեռանալ այն տան սահմաններից, որտեղ նա ապրում է, օգտվել հեռախոսից և կապի որևէ այլ միջոցից, ներառյալ համացանցը, կամ շփվել որևէ մեկի հետ՝ բացառությամբ մոտ ազգականների, որոնց շրջանակը սահմանված է օրենքով, հետաքննության ներկայացուցիչների ու փաստաբանների:
Ընդունելով որոշում՝ դատարանը հաշվի է առել Հայրապետյանի անձին վերաբերող տվյալները, ինչպես նաև նրան վերագրվող հանցագործության ծանրության աստիճանը: Բացի այդ, նա ունի Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի քաղաքացիություն, ինչպես նաև անշարժ գույք ԱՄՆ-ում և Մոնակոյում: Այդ կապակցությամբ դատարանը համարել է, որ նա կարող է թաքնվել հետաքննությունից, ինչպես նաև օգտվել իր կապերից՝ հետաքննության ընթացքին խոչընդոտելու համար:
Պաշտպանությունը հայտարարել է դատարանի վճիռը բողոքարկելու մտադրության մասին:
65-ամյա ձեռնարկատերը հուլիսի 15-ին ձերբակալվել է Մոսկվայի «Դոմոդեդովո» օդանավակայանում, ուր նա ժամանել էր Նիցցայից: Հետաքննությունը պնդում է, որ «Բաշնեֆտի» նախկին ղեկավար Ուրալ Ռախիմովը Հայրապետյանի հետ միասին մշակել են Բաշկիրիայի ջերմաէներգետիկական համալիրի ձեռնարկությունների բաժնետոմսերի հափշտակման հանցավոր պլան: Իր հերթին, «Սիստեմա» ֆինանսա-արդյունաբերական խումբ ԲԲԸ-ի համասեփականատեր Վլադիմիր Եվտուշենկովը կազմակերպել է հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված ունեցվածքի օրինականացումը:
Հայրապետյանը ձերբակալվել է Բաշկիրիայից նախկին սենատոր Իգոր Իզմեստևի խոստովանական ցուցմունքներից հետո, որը ցմահ բանտարկության է դատապարտված մի շարք առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունների համար: Նախկին սենատորը պատմել է, որ Հայրապետյանն իբր 2009 թվականին մասնակցել է Ուրալ Ռախիմովի կողմից «Բաշնեֆտի» բաժնետոմսերը «Սիստեմայի» կառույցներին վաճառելուն:
Դրա հետ մեկտեղ Հայրապետյանի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է ևս մեկ քրեական գործ՝ խարդախության մասին, ըստ որի՝ նա Իզմեստևի մորից 700 հազար դոլար է հափշտակել:
Հուլիսի 17-ին Մոսկվայի Բասմանյան դատարանը Հայրապետյանին կալանքի տակ էր դրել, բայց հոկտեմբերի 3-ին նրան փոխադրել էին տնային կալանքի՝ առողջական վիճակի կապակցությամբ: Գործարարը չի ընդունում մեղքը և մերժում է իրեն առաջադրված բոլոր մեղադրանքները:
