Երևանի քաղաքապետի նախաձեռնությամբ Հաշմանդամների միջազգային օրվան նվիրված միջոցառումների շրջանակում քաղաքապետարանի ճեմասրահում բացվել է հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց ստեղծագործական աշխատանքների ցուցահանդեսը: Միջոցառմանը ներկա է գտնվել նաև քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, ով շրջել և ծանոթացել է ներկայացված աշխատանքներին, զրուցել ցուցահանդեսի մասնակիցների հետ: Քաղաքապետը մեկ անգամ ևս վստահեցրել է, որ շահագրգիռ հասարակական կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցությունն առաջիկա տարիներին ևս լինելու է շարունակական, և նախանշված բոլոր ծրագրերը հետևողականորեն շարունակվելու են այնքան ժամանակ, մինչև իրականություն դառնա այն ամենը, ինչն անհրաժեշտ է իսկապես մատչելի քաղաք ունենալու համար:
Ներկաներին ուղղված իր ողջույնի խոսքում «Փյունիկ» միության նախագահ Հակոբ Աբրահամյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին մշտական ուշադրության ու հոգածության համար՝ նկատելով, որ հատկապես վերջին երկու տարիներին իսկապես զգալի աշխատանքներ են տարվում հաշմանդամություն ունեցող բնակիչների համար մայրաքաղաքն առավել հարմարավետ դարձնելու ուղղությամբ:

Հաշմանդամների միջազգային օրվա կապակցությամբ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց ստեղծագործական ցուցահանդեսը Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում պատշաճ կազմակերպելու, ինչպես նաև ցուցահանդեսին ակտիվ մասնակցելու համար, կազմակերպիչներն ու մասնակիցները պարգևատրվել են Երևանի քաղաքապետի պատվոգրերով ու շնորհակալագրերով: Հարկ է նկատել, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը, համագործակցելով Արվեստների ազգային ակադեմիայի հետ, նաև հոգում է հաշմանդամ 14 ուսանողների ուսման վարձի խնդիրը:
Ցուցահանդեսի բացմանը հաջորդել է նաև համերգային ծրագիր: Իրենց կատարումներով ներկաներին ողջունել են հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց «Փարոս» երգչախումբը և անհատ կատարողներ:
