Վերջին օրերին կառավարությունում բուռն աշխատանքային պրոցես է՝ փորձում են պարզերես անել Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի կառավարության 9 ամիսը, փրկել իրավիճակը, որ Ամանորի նախաշեմի հաշվետվությունների ժամանակ ոչ միայն ասելու բան ունենան, այլև չսրեն առանց այն էլ երկրում լարված սոցիալական վիճակը: Բանն այն է, որ կառավարությունը «տեղեկություն» ունի, որ մինչև դեկտեմբերի վերջ դոլարը կհատի 500 դրամի սահմանագիծը, ապա «կկայունանա»: Գրում է «Հրապարակ»-ը:
ԿԲ նախագահ Արթուր Ջավադյանին հրահանգ է տրված անել ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի «կրիտիկական օրերը» հնարավորինս «անցնցում ու աննկատ» անցնեն: Ջավադյանը բանակցում է մասնավոր բանկերի հետ, որ վերջիններս ավելի լավ պայմաններով վարկեր տրամադրեն, այդ թվում և գործարարներին, որպեսզի ապրանքների գները շատ չբարձրացնեն:
Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրահանգով բանկերը կիրառում են «նոր մեթոդոլոգիա». ներքին կարգով վերաձևակերպում են գործարարների վարկերը, իրար «պաս տալիս»՝ իրավիճակը կարգավորելու համար, քանզի գործարարները չեն կարողանում իրենց վարկերն սպասարկել՝ տոկոսները վճարել:
Իր հերթին էլ նորանշանակ փոխվարչապետ Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը փորձում է բալանսավորել հարաբերությունները միջազգային ֆինանսական կառույցների, Համաշխարհային բանկի հետ, որպեսզի ԵԱՏՄ անդամակցության և Լավրովի վերջին հայտարարության ֆոնին, որ չի բացառվում՝ ԵԱՏՄ երկրները նույնպես ներառվեն Արևմուտքի դեմ ռուսաստանյան պատժամիջոցների գործընթացում, վերջիններս հանկարծ «չհիշեն» Հայաստանի պարտքի ու վարկերի մասին»:
