Վանաձորում դեկտեմբերի 16-ին արձանագրվել է սննդային թունավորման՝ բոտուլիզմի 1 դեպք՝ 1 տուժածով: Համաճարակաբանական հետազոտության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ թունավորման պատճառ է հանդիսացել տնային պայմաններում պատրաստված պղպեղի պահածոյի օգտագործումը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, Տավուշի մարզի Բերդավան գյուղի 24- ամյա բնակիչը, որն այդ ժամանակ գտնվել է Վանաձորում, օգտագործել է պղպեղի պահածո: Նույն օրը տուժածի ինքնազգացողությունը վատացել է և նա դիմել է Վանաձորի ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդանոց, որտեղից տեղափոխվել է Երևանի «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն: Հիվանդը ստացել է հակաբոտուլինային շիճուկ: Բժիշկները հիվանդի վիճակը գնահատում են ծանր: Բուժումը շարունակվում է:
Բոտուլիզմը սննդային ծանր թունավորում է, որի հարուցիչը Clostridium botulinum-ն է: Հիվանդության հարուցիչը գտնվում է արտաքին միջավայրում' հողի մեջ սպորների ձևով, որտեղից էլ անցնում է բանջարեղենի, կանաչեղենի վրա: Նշված հարուցչի աճի և զարգացման համար անհրաժեշտ են անօդ պայմաններ, որտեղ բազմանում և արտադրում են թույն: Նման պայմաններ ստեղծվում են կափարիչներով հերմետիկ փակված պահածոներում:
Հարուցչի ոչնչացումը կատարվում է միայն հատուկ սարքերում' ավտոկլավներում բարձր ճնշման (1.5-2 մթնոլորտ) և 120-1300 Cջերմաստիճանի ազդեցության տակ, որոնք առկա են միայն պ ահածո արտադրող կազմակերպություններում, իսկ տնային պայմաններում հնարավոր չէ իրականացնել:
Բոտուլիզմով ախտահարված սննդամթերքը կարող է չփոխել իր համը, հոտը, գույնը և տեսքը: Հիվանդության ախտանիշներն ի հայտ են գալիս 2-3 ժամից մինչև 10 օրվա ընթացքում: Հիվանդության ախտանշաններն են' ընդհանուր թուլություն, սրտխառնոց, փսխում, գլխապտույտ, գլխացավ, ցավեր որովայնի շրջանում, շնչահեղձություն, տեսողության խանգարում (աչքերի առջև մշուշ, ցանց), երկտեսություն, ձայնի փոփոխություն (խռպոտություն, ռնգախոսություն), բերանի չորություն, կլման ակտի խանգարում:
Բոտուլիզմից խուսափելու նպատակով ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը խորհուրդ է տալիս խուսափել տնային պայմաններում պատրաստված պահածոների օգտագործումից: Տնային պայմաններում պատրաստված պահածոներն օգտագործելուց առաջ ենթարկել ջերմային մշակման'պահածոյի պարունակությունը եռացնելով 20-25 րոպե, չգնել տնային պայմաններում պատրաստված պահածոներ շուկայից կամ պատահական անհատներից: Առաջին ախտանշաններն ի հայտ գալուն պես անմիջապես դիմել բժշկի:
