Վարչախմբի վարած ապաշնորհ ներքին և արտաքին քաղաքականության պատճառով ստեղծվել են մենաշնորհային մեխանիզմներով գին ձևավորող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներ: Դա, օրինակ, թույլ է տալիս վառելիք ներկրողներին և/կամ դրա մանրածախ առևտրով զբաղվողներին ցանկացած պահի թելադրել իրենց գերշահույթ ապահովող գին: Դրանով և կառավարության թողտվությամբ է պայմանավորված, որ միջազգային շուկայում էներգակիրների փոքր իսկ բարձրացումը կամ ՀՀ դրամի թեկուզ աննշան արժեզրկումը բերում է Հայաստանում վառելիքի գների աճի: Մինչդեռ ներկա պահին, երբ վառելիքի գները միջազգային շուկայում կիսով չափ անկում են ապրել, հակառակը տեղի չի ունենում: Գազի գնի վերջին անհիմն թանկացումը օրական 12-16 ժամ աշխատող երթուղայինների վարորդներին դրեց այնպիսի վիճակի մեջ, որ նրանք, չնայած չարքաշ աշխատանքին, չեն կարողանում իրենց տարրական սոցիալական կարիքները հոգալ: Թանկացման արդյունքում նրանք իրենց օրական վաստակած 5-6.000 դրամից շուրջ 4.000-ը ստիպված են վճարել թանկացած գազի դիմաց: Ստեղծված իրավիճակը նրանց դրդեց գործադուլի: Պատկան մարմինները, հավատարիմ իրենց գործելաոճին, լծվեցին այդ բողոքի ալիքը որպես ուղևորափոխադրումների սակագների բարձրացման հիմք ներկայացնելու գործին: Վարորդներն իրենց հերթին, անընդհատ նշում էին, որ դեմ են ցանկացած թանկացման՝ լինի սնունդ, տրանսպորտ, թե որևէ այլ ծառայություն: Պահանջում ենք վերջին թանկացումների պատճառով առաջացած խնդիրները չբարդել չունևոր խավի վրա: Թանկացումների բեռը թող կրեն մենաշնորհային գներ թույլ տվող վարչախումբը և գերշահույթ ստացող օլիգարխները: Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում անցկացված քննարկումների արդյունքում վարորդներին խոստացել են մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում իջեցնել վառելիքի գինը: Մենք էլ հետևում ենք իրադարձությունների զարգացմանը՝ վարորդների սոցիալական արդարության պահանջի խեղաթյուրումն ու գազի գների իջեցման փոխարեն ուղևորափոխադրումների սակագների բարձրացումը թույլ չտալու համար: «Վճարում ենք 100 դրամ» նախաձեռնող խումբ
