Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի Յուրի Բախշյանի անվան մանկական ֆիլհարմոնիան հիմնանորոգումից հետո իր դռներն է բացել շուրջ 200 սաների առջև: Մշակութային օջախի բացման արարողությանը ներկա է գտնվել նաև Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը: Ֆիլհարմոնիայի տնօրեն Սարգիս Մարգարյանի ուղեկցությամբ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, Երևանի ավագանու «Բարև Երևան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Անահիտ Բախշյանը և փոխքաղաքապետ Արամ Սուքիասյանը շրջել և ծանոթացել են իրականացված աշխատանքներին:
Զրուցելով աշխատակիցների ու ֆիլհարմոնիա հաճախող երեխաների ծնողների հետ՝ Տարոն Մարգարյանը մեկ անգամ ևս վստահեցրել է, որ կրթամշակութային օջախների պայմանների բարելավմանն ուղղված ծրագրերը լինելու են շարունակական: Ֆիլհարմոնիայի տնօրեն Սարգիս Մարգարյանը, քաղաքապետին ներկայացնելով 20-ամյա կրթօջախի գործունեությունը, նշել է, որ մանկական ֆիլհարմոնիայում գործում են ժողովրդական գործիքների, էստրադային, կամերային, փողային նվագախմբեր, երգչախումբ, պարի խումբ, կիթառի և վոկալի դասարաններ, ձայնագրման ստուդիա:
Նա նաև հավելել է, որ Ֆիլհարմոնիայի սաները մասնակցել են միջազգային տարբեր մրցույթների և փառատոների ու արժանացել մրցանակների և դիպլոմների: Սարգիս Մարգարյանը նաև համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ հիմնանորոգումից հետո ֆիլհարմոնիա հաճախող երեխաների թիվն էլ ավելի կշատանա:
Մշակութային օջախի հիմնանորոգման համար շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Երևանի քաղաքապետին՝ Երևանի ավագանու «Բարև Երևան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Անահիտ Բախշյանը նկատել է, որ ծրագիրն իսկապես անհրաժեշտություն էր և սպասված ինչպես աշխատակազմի, այնպես էլ ֆիլհարմոնիա հաճախող երեխաների ու նրանց ծնողների համար:
«Շատ լավ իմանալով, որ պարոն Մարգարյանը ոչ միայն ընդառաջելու է, այլև ամեն ինչ անելու է, որ այս տարածքը բարեկարգվի և մանկական ֆիլհարմոնիան հզորանա և ավելի մեծ թվով երեխաների մշակութային կրթություն տալու հնարավորություն ընձեռվի, առանց վարանելու դիմեցի նրան: Եվ այսօր տեսնում ենք, որ Մանկական ֆիլհարմոնիան իսկապես արժանավայել տեսք է ստացել, ինչի համար շատ շնորհակալ եմ քաղաքապետին», – ընդգծել է Անահիտ Բախշյանը:
Կրթօջախի պայմաններին ծանոթանալուց հետո քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն ունկնդրել է նաև կրթօջախի սաների կատարումները: Հարկ է նկատել, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետի 2013թ. դեկտեմբերի 27-ի որոշմամբ այս տարածքն անժամկետ և անհատույց օգտագործման իրավունքով տրամադրվել է Յուրի Բախշյանի անվան մանկական ֆիլհարմոնիային:
