Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց հիմնահարցերով զբաղվող քաղաքային հանձնաժողովը ամփոփել է 2014 թ-ը: Ամփոփիչ նիստում քաղաքապետարանի պատասխանատու վարչությունների և բաժինների պետերը զեկուցել են 2014 թվականին հատուկ կարիքներով մարդկանց համար իրականացված ծրագրերի մասին: Նշվել է, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի հանձնարարությամբ սոցիալական,կրթական, առողջապահական և այլ ուղղվածության բոլոր ծրագրերում առաջնահերթության կարգով ներառվել են հատուկ կարիքներով անձինք և նրանց ընտանիքները, ցուցաբերվել է նյութական, պարենային և այլ տեսակի աջակցություն:
Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի պաշտոնական կայքից տեղեկանում ենք, որ անցնող տարում համայնքային բյուջեից կրկնապատկվել է գլխավոր ու երկրորդական փողոցներում թեքահարթակների կառուցման համար հատկացված գումարը` կազմելով 40 միլիոն դրամ: Ըստ այդմ, կառուցվել է 671 թեքահարթակ, որոնց գրեթե կեսը` հիմնանորոգված 25 փողոցներում: Շուրջ 300 թեքահարթակ էլ քաղաքապետարանի նախագծերով տեղադրել են մասնավոր ընկերությունները:
Տարվա ընթացքում բազմաթիվ նախաձեռնություններ ու ոլորտի հասարակական կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցության ծրագրեր են կյանքի կոչվել ներառական կրթություն իրականացնող քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության թվով 44 դպրոցներում: Կազմակերպվել են նաև մշակութային տարաբնույթ միջոցառումներ: Հաշմանդամներին ուղղված սոցիալական կարևորոգույն նախաձեռնություններից էր Երևանի ավագանու որոշմամբ հաշմանդամների ու նրանց հավասարեցված անձանց ավտոկայանատեղիների տեղական տուրքերի վճարումից ազատելը: Դրան զուգահեռ, ավտոկայանատեղիներում տարածքներ են առանձնացվել հաշմանդամների տրանսպորտային միջոցների կայանման համար: Բացի այդ, մինչև տարեվերջ հատուկ վերելակներ կտեղադրվեն տարբեր երթուղիների թվով 10 ավտոբուսներում, ևս 10-ը` հաջորդ տարի: Թվով 37 ավտոբուսներում էլ կտեղադրվեն կանգառների ազդարարման GPS համակարգեր:
ՀՀ ոստիկանության կողմից հետիոտնային բազմաթիվ անցումներ համալրվել են լուսացուցային անցումների ազդանշանային սարքավորումներով: Հաշմանդամների խնդիրներով զբաղվող ՀԿ-ների ներկայացուցիչները նշել են, որ վերջին տարիներին համագործակցությունը Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի հետ շատ արդյունավետ է, ինչի վկայությունը կյանքի կոչված բազմաթիվ ծրագրերն են: ՀԿ-ների ղեկավարները հանդես են եկել նաև նոր առաջարկներով, որոնք հանձնաժողովի նախագահի և անդամների կողմից ընդունվել են ի գիտություն:
Հիմք ընդունելով հաշվետվություն-զեկույցները՝ հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, Երևանի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Կամո Արեյանը նշել է, որ տարեկան ծրագրով նախատեսված աշխատանքները կատարվել են 100 տոկոսով: Կամո Արեյանը Երևանի քաղաքապետի անունից վստահեցրել է, որ 2015 թվականին ևս կշարունակվեն և կընդլայնվեն վերը նշված բոլոր ծրագրերը:
