ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Հովհաննես Մանուկյանը դեկտեմբերի 19-ին աշխատանքային այցով եղել է Տավուշի մարզում: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, մարզպետարանում նախարարն ընդունել է քաղաքացիների:
Նրանք հիմնականում ներկայացրել են իրավական, կենցաղային, սոցիալական բնույթի խնդիրներ: Լսելով քաղաքացիներին՝ նախարարը հանձնարարել է իր ենթականերին նախարարության լիազորությունների շրջանակում լուծումներ գտնել բարձրացված հարցերի վերաբերյալ: ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցիչները նաև իրավական խորհրդատվություն են տրամադրել:
Այնուհետև նախարարն այցելել է Տավուշի մարզի ՀՀ ԱՆ դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման, Այլընտրանքային պատիժների կատարման ծառայությունների, քաղաքացիական կացության ակտերի գրանցման տարածքային բաժիններ և նոտարական գրասենյակ:
Հովհաննես Մանուկյանը ծանոթացել է ՀՀ արդարադատության համակարգի աշխատակիցների աշխատանքային պայմաններին, ստուգել քաղաքացիների սպասարկման համար նախատեսված իրազեկող նյութերի առկայությունը, լսել բարձրաձայնած հարցերը:
Նախարարը մոտեցել և զրուցել է նաև քաղաքացիների հետ, հետաքրքրվել համակարգի վերաբերյալ նրանց կարծիքներով՝ հորդորելով չթաքցնել դժգոհությունները: Քաղաքացիները ներկայացրել են մի շարք հարցեր՝ խնդրելով հնարավորության դեպքում նպաստել փաստաթղթաշրջանառության դյուրացմանը: Հանձնարարականներ տալով համակարգի մարզային ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարներին՝ նախարարը քաղաքացիներին խոստացել է սեղմ ժամկետներում ուսումնասիրել նրանց խնդրանքները:
Մարզային այցի շրջանակում արդարադատության նախարարն այցելել է ՀՀ պետական սահմանին տեղակայված մարտական հենակետեր, որտեղ նրան են միացել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը և Տավուշի մարզպետ Հովիկ Աբովյանը:
Նրանք ծանոթացել են հերթապահություն իրականացնող զինվորների առօրյային, հերթապահության կրման պայմաններին, մարտական պատրաստականությանն ու զինվորների բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակին: Նախարարներն ու մարզպետը շրջել են դիրքերում, եղել առաջնագծի խրամատներում:
Նույն օրը ՀՀ պաշտպանության և արդարադատության նախարարները համատեղ մասնակցել են Իջևանի Երրորդ կայազորային կարգապահական վաշտի նորակառույց շենքի բացման արարողությանը: Նախարարները ծանոթացել են վաշտի շենքային պայմաններին, ծառայողների համար նախատեսված աշխատասենյակներին, ընդհանուր տեխնիկական հագեցվածությանը:
Արդարադատության նախարարն իր մարզային այցն ավարտել է վերջերս երրորդ երկվորյակ որդիներ ունեցած իջևանաբնակ ընտանիքի հետ հանդիպմամբ: Ընտանիքի որդիները զինվորական հագուստներով են դիմավորել նախարարին, ով նրանց է փոխանցել իր և պաշտպանության նախարարի նվերները:
Հովհաննես Մանուկյանը ծանոթացել է երեխաների հետ և զրուցել ընտանիքի հոր հետ: Երեխաներին մաղթելով առողջություն և գալիք ուրախ տոներ՝ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարը բազմազավակ ընտանիքի ծնողներին հրաժեշտ է տվել:
