«Դե ֆակտո» հասարակական-քաղաքական ամսագիրը 2014 թվականի «Տարվա մարդ» է ճանաչել երիտասարդ Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանին, ով իր կյանքը զոհեց հանուն հայրենիքի: Այսօր Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանի տանը՝ հենց հերոսի սենյակում, որտեղ բացվել է թանգարան, «Դե ֆակտո» ամսագրի գլխավոր խմբագիր Մենուա Հարությունյանը հերոսի ծնողներին հանձնեց «Տարվա մարդ» մրցանակը: «Ամփոփելով անցնող տարին՝ պետք է նկատել, որ այն Հայաստանի համար ավելի շատ պատերազմական, ռազմական գործողությունների տարի էր, քան խաղաղության: Ցավոք այսօր հարևանի հրադադարի ռեժիմը խախտելու ընթացքում ունեցանք մարդկային կորուստներ. հայ երիտասարդներ, ովքեր իրենց կյանքի գնով պահպանեցին մեր երկրի անդորրն ու անվտանգությունը: Հետադարձ հայացք գցելով անցնող տարուն և փորձելով ամփոփել անցնող տարվա գլխավոր գործող անձը՝ ասել է, թե տարվա մարդը, պետք է արձանագրենք, որ նա հայ զինվորն է, երիտասարդը, ով կանգնած է պետության առաջին գծում: «Դե ֆակտո» ամսագիրը 2014 թվականի «Տարվա մարդ» է ճանաչել երիտասարդ Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանին, ով իր կյանքը զոհեց հանուն հայրենիքի: Մենք գլուխ ենք խոնարհում բոլոր զոհված զինվորների շիրիմների առջև, ովքեր անցնող տարվա ընթացքում ուղղակիորեն սխրանք գործեցին»,- իր խոսքում ասաց Մենուա Հարությունյանը:   Հիշեցնենք, որ 2014 թվականի հունվարի 19-ի լույս 20-ի գիշերը՝ ժամը 23։ 50-ից մինչև 00։ 15-ի սահմաններում, արցախա-ադրբեջանական հակամարտ զորքերի շփման գծում արձանագրվեցին հակառակորդի դիվերսիոն խմբերի ներթափանցման միաժամանակյա փորձեր: Արմենը նկատել էր դիվերսանտներին, զգուշացրել զինակիցներին և սկսել դիմադրությունը։ Նույնիսկ ծանր վիրավոր վիճակում նա չի ընկրկել, ինչը հայկական ուժերին հնարավորություն է տվել արագ կազմակերպվել և դեն շպրտել թշնամուն` պատճառելով մեծ քանակի կորուստներ: Դժբախտաբար հակառակորդի կողմից ստացած հրազենային վիրավորումից կրտսեր սերժանտ Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանը զոհվեց: Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի հրամանով Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանը հետմահու պարգևատրվել է «Արիության համարե մեդալով` պատմության մեջ մտնելով որպես այդ պարգևի ամենաերիտասարդ մեդալակիր։ Հունվարի 28-ին ՀՀ Նախագահը Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանին հետմահու պարգևատրել է «Հայրենիքին մատուցած ծառայությունների համարե առաջին աստիճանի մեդալով: Ֆոտոռեպորտաժը՝ Գագիկ Շամշյանի
