Երևանի ավագանին դեկտեմբերի 23-ին գումարված արտահերթ նիստում հավանություն է տվել բյուջեում փաստացի եկամուտների, ծախսերի և տնտեսումների կանխատեսվող ցուցանիշների հիման վրա բյուջեի վարչական և ֆոնդային մասերի հաշվեկշռվածությունն ապահովելու նպատակով Երևան քաղաքի բյուջեում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին որոշման նախագծին:
Այնուհետև գումարվել է Երևանի ավագանու հերթական նիստը, որի ընթացքում ավագանու հաստատմանն է ներկայացվել Երևան քաղաքի զարգացման 2015թ. ծրագիրը: Նշվել է, որ այն կազմվել է հաշվի առնելով 2014-2017թթ. քառամյա ծրագրի գերակայություններն ու առկա հիմնախնդիրները: Ծրագրում, ինչպես նշել է այն ներկայացնող Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի զարգացման և ներդրումային ծրագրերի վարչության պետ Արմեն Հարությունյանը, կարևորվում է մայրաքաղաքում բարեկարգ և հարմարավետ միջավայրի ապահովումը` ինչպես Երևանի բնակիչների, այնպես էլ մայրաքաղաքի հյուրերի համար. մասնավորապես, հանգստի գոտիների ստեղծումը, կանաչ տարածքների պահպանումն ու ավելացումը, շենքերի և բակային տարածքների բարեկարգումը, ժամանակակից չափանիշներին համապատասխան արտաքին ձևավորումը, հարմարավետ և անվտանգ տեղաշարժի ապահովումը։ Ավագանին ձայների մեծամասնությամբ հաստատել է Երևան քաղաքի զարգացման 2015թ. ծրագիրը:
Այնուհետ Երևանի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Վահե Նիկոյանը Երևանի ավագանու հաստատմանն է ներկայացրել «Երևան քաղաքի 2015թ. բյուջեի մասին» որոշման նախագիծը, ըստ որի՝ եկամուտների ընդհանուր գումարը ծրագրվել է 71,870,838.3 հազ. դրամի չափով. Երևան քաղաքի 2014 թվականի բյուջեով ի սկզբանե հաստատված 69,091,815.9 հազ. դրամի դիմաց՝ 2,779,022.4 հազ. դրամով կամ շուրջ 4%-ով ավելի: Նախագծով նախատեսված եկամուտները ավել են 2013 թվականի փաստացի հավաքագրված ընդհանուր եկամուտներից 8,202,913.1 հազ. դրամի կամ 12.9%-ի չափով: Նախագծով նախատեսված եկամուտների ընդհանուր ծավալում սեփական եկամուտները կազմում են 20,020,911.5 հազ. դրամ՝ 2014 թվականի նախատեսված 19,433,799.1 հազ. դրամի դիմաց և ծրագրվել են 587,112.4 հազար դրամով կամ 3%-ով ավելի: Նախագծով սեփական եկամուտների նախատեսված ցուցանիշը ավել է 2013 թվականի սեփական եկամուտների փաստացի կատարողականից 3,016,964.9 հազար դրամով կամ 17.7%-ով: Ձայների 40 կողմ, 1 դեմ և 14 ձեռնպահ հարաբերակցությամբ ավագանին հաստատել է Երևան քաղաքի 2015թ. բյուջեն:
Երևանի ավագանու որոշմամբ սահմանվել են նաև Երևանի քաղաքային համայնքում 2015թ. տեղական տուրքերի դրույքաչափերը:
Միաձայն կողմ քվեարկությամբ Երևանի ավագանին հավանություն է տվել ավագանու նիստերի Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի պաշտոնական համացանցային կայքում առցանց հեռարձակում իրականացնելու մասին որոշմանը:
Օրակարգում ընդգրկված մյուս հարցերը նույնպես արժանացել են ավագանու հավանությանը: Նիստին հաջորդած հարց ու պատասխանի շրջանակում Երևանի քաղաքապետը, աշխատակազմի վարչությունների պետերը պատասխանել են ավագանու անդամների հարցերին: Այդպիսով Երևանի ավագանին ավարտել է 4-րդ նստաշրջանի աշխատանքները:
