Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի համար ձեռնտու չէ փոխել ազատ առևտրի ռեժիմը, հետևաբար, երկու պետությունները կանեն հնարավորը պահպանելու համար առևտրի ոլորտում այդ իրավիճակը: Այս մասին Երևանում անցկացվող հայ-վրացական համատեղ աշխատանքային խմբի երկրորդ նիստից հետո հայտարարեց Հայաստանի էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանը: Նա ընդգծեց, որ Վրաստանի հետ առևտրաշրջանատության ծավալը տարեցտարի ավելանու մ է:
«Համենայն դեպս, դինամիկան դրական է. սա այն աշխատանքի արդյունքն է, որը մինչ հիմա իրականացվել է: Մասնավորապես, գիտատեխնիկական, ագրոբիզնեսի և շինանյութերի արդյունաբերության ոլորտում համագործակցության զարգացումը կարևոր կլինի»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ' հայտարարեց Ճշմարիտյանը:
ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարը նշեց, որ աշխատանքային խորհրդակցության հիմնական իմաստը և ուղղությունն այն է, որ կողմերը գտնեն համագործակցության նոր ուղիներ: «Հիմնականում պահպանելու ենք ավանդական ուղղությունները, սակայն դրանց կավելանան նորերը: Վրաստանը Եվրամիության հետ արդեն ունի ազատ առևտրի ռեժիմ, միևնույն ժամանակ Հայաստանը դարձել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ, այսինքն երկու կողմերը կարող են օգտվել այդ հանարվորություններից»,- նկատեց Կարեն Ճշմարիտյանը:
Նա ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանն իր հերթին սերտացնում է կապերը Եվրամիու թյան հետ և ներկայումս մշակվում է համագործակցության նոր փաթեթ:
Հայ-վրացական համատեղ աշխատանքային խումբը ստեղծվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Վրաստանի վարչապետների միջև 2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին կայացած հանդիպման ընթացքում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության արդյունքում: Աշխատանքային խմբի անդրանիկ նիստը կայացել է 2014 թվականի մարտի 21-ին Թբիլիսում, որի շրջանակներում քննարկվել են գյուղատնտեսության, տրանսպորտի, էներգետիկայի, առևտրի և այլ ոլորտներում երկկողմ համագործակցության հարցեր:
