Իհարկե, ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանի ներկայացրած ամփոփիչ տվյալները «սրտապնդիչ» էին: Իհարկե, հավատում ենք, որ մեր գյուղատնտեսությունն այս տարի 6.5 տոկոս աճ է գրանցել, բայց գյուղացիներն ինչո՞ւ են այսքան դժգոհ: Սերգո Կարապետյանը բոլոր դրական տեղաշարժերի և բացթողումների մասին խոսելիս նախադասություններն սկսում էր իր սիրելի «իհարկե» բառով, նա ներկայացրեց 2014 թվականի բոլոր դրական տեղաշարժերը, «իհարկե», երբ եկավ ժամանակը՝ խոսելու խնդիրների մասին, նախընտրեց պատասխանել լրագրողների հարցերին:
«Ըստ օպերատիվ տվյալների, հունվար-նոյեմբեր ամիսներին գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում մենք ունենք 6.5 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ, որն ընդհանուր առմամբ կազմում է 920 մլրդ 700 միլիոն համախառն արտադրանք: Եթե վերլուծում ենք մեր երկրի ներքին համախառն արդյունքի մեջ գյուղատնտեսության մասնաբաժինը, ապա 3-րդ եռամսյակում այն կազմում է 29,6 տոկոս: 2014 թվականը կարելի է համարել գյուղատնտեսության համար դժվարին տարի: Այս ձեռքբերումները, որ մենք ունենք, ես հիմնականում կապում եմ գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների քրտնաջան աշխատանքի հետ». կարելի էր արդեն մտածել, որ Սերգո Կարապետյանն ամենահամեստ նախարարն է, երբ, «իհարկե», ավելացրեց. «Եվ պետական ծրագրերի, որոնք մենք իրականացրել ենք»:
Ամանորը մոտենում է, համոզված ենք, որ պարոն նախարարի սեղանին նույնպես բուդ է լինելու, հուսով ենք՝ ոչ «անկում ապրած» բուդ. «Սննդի պետական անվտանգության տեսչությունն իր ֆունկցիաները կատարում է: Եթե մենք խոսում ենք այդ սատկած խոզի մսի մասին, այո՛, դա ահազանգ է եղել ոստիկանություն, ոստիկանն էլ դիմել է սննդի ծառայությանը, որպեսզի փորձաքննություն իրականացվի, և իրենց եզրակացությունը տան: 20 տեղից վերցվել է փորձանմուշ, և անմիջապես դադարեցվել է դրանց վաճառքը: Հիմա այդ գործը դատաքննչական մարմիններում է, իրենք են վերցրել իրենց հսկողության տակ և իրենք են դրա մասին իրենց վերջնական եզրակացությունը տալու»: Ինչպես նախարարը նշեց, այդպիսի դեպքեր նախկինում էլ են եղել, հնչում էր մոտավորապես այսպես՝ դե հիմա դեպք ա, պատահել ա, էլի:
«Ձեռքբերումը հացահատիկային մշակաբույսերի արտադրության ծավալների կտրուկ ավելացումն էր ցորենի, և առաջին անգամ մեր հանրապետությունում հավաքվեց 340 հազար տոննա, դեռ ավելի ցորեն: Դա բերեց նրան, որ մեր հանրապետության պարենային անվտանգության խնդիրը լուծվեց, և ցորենի առումով մենք ունեցանք 51 տոկոսի ապահովվածություն: 10 թվականին դա կազմում էր 33 տոկոս, ապա այս տարի՝ 51 տոկոս: Դա բավականին մեծ ձեռքբերում էր գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի համար»,- ասում է Սերգո Կարապետյանը և միաժամանակ ավելացնում, որ բոլոր ծրագրերը շարունակական բնույթ են կրելու: Իսկ այն հարցին, թե ինչպես է գնահատում գյուղատնտեսության և բնապահպանության նախարարությունների միավորումը, նախարարը պատասխանեց. «Ես փողոցային խոսակցությունները չեմ մեկնաբանում»:
Եվ վերջապես այդքան «սիրելի» ԵՏՄ-ն, որին նախարարը գովեց, թե հաջորդ տարի արտահանումները կշատանան, թե բան չի մնացել, մենք էլ արտահանող երկիր կդառնանք. «Արտահանման առումով մենք խնդիրներ չենք ունենալու: Մեր տրադիցիոն շուկան եղել է ռուսական շուկան, և այդպես էլ շարունակվելու է: Հասարակ գյուղացին դրա տարբերությունը մեծ չի զգա: Իհարկե, խնդիրներ կան, մեր արտադրողներից որոշ ընկերություններ արտահանում են կազմակերպել դեպի Ռուսաստան և գումարները դեռևս չեն ստացել: Սա բոլորին հայտնի է, թե ինչ պատճառով էր՝ ռուբլու արժեզրկման հետ կապված»:
