Ստամբուլի հայկական «Ակոս» պարբերականի նախկին գլխավոր խմբագիր Հրանտ Դինքի գործով դեկտեմբերի 24-ին ձերբակալված Տրապիզոնի ոստիկանության հետախուզական բաժնի նախկին պետ Ֆարուք Սարըն ազատ է արձակվել: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է թուրքական Demokrathaber.net-ը:
Ֆարուք Սարըն որպես «կասկածյալ» դեկտեմբերի 24-ին հարցաքննվել է Ստամբուլի հանրապետական գլխավոր դատախազության ահաբեկչության և կազմակերպված հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի բաժնի դատախազ Դինքի գործը վարող Գյոքալփ Քյոքչուի կողմից: Այն հարցին, թե ինչու նա հանցագործությունից առաջ միջոցներ չի ձեռնարկել այն կանխելու համար, թուրք նախկին պաշտոնյան պատասխանել է, որ «ինքը տեղյակ չի եղել»: 2 ժամ տևած հարցաքննությունից հետո Թուրքիայի քրեական օրենսգրքի «դիտավորյալ սպանության մասին տեղյակ լինելու և միջոցներ չձեռնարկելու» հոդվածի հիման վրա Ֆարուք Սարըն ուղարկվել է Ստամբուլի թիվ 2 քրեական դատարան, որտեղ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանքը: Սակայն ավելի ուշ հայտնի է դարձել, որ Սարըն ազատ է արձակվել:
Հրանտ Դինքն սպանվել է 2007 թվականի հունվարի 19-ին' «Ակոսի» խմբագրատան առջև նրա վրա կատարված զինված հարձակման արդյունքում:
2012 թվականի հունվարի 17-ին դատարանի որոշմամբ Դինքի սպանության կազմակերպիչ Յասին Հայալը ցմահ բանտարկության դատապարտվեց, անմիջական հանցագործ Օգյուն Սամասթը' 22 տարվա ազատազրկման:
2014 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունների գործերով 5-րդ դատարանը որոշում կայացրեց Հրանտ Դինքի սպանության գործով դատավարությունը սկսել զրոյից: Այս անգամ բոլոր ամբաստանյալներին կառաջադրվի «հանցավոր խմբավորման ստեղծման և կառավարման կամ դրանում մասնակցություն ունենալու» մեղադրանք: Բացի այդ, Դինքի սպանության ժամանակ բարձր պաշտոններ զբաղեցրած 9 անձ անց, այդ թվում' Ստամբուլի նախկին ոստիկանապետ Ջելալեթին Ջերահի նկատմամբ դատական գործեր հարուցելու կապակցությամբ որոշումներ են ընդունվել:
