Նախօրեի երեկոյան ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Արմեն Երիցյանն աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել մարզպետների հետ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՏԿԱԻ նախարարության լրատվական բաժնից:
ՏԿԱԻ նախարարն իր մտահոգությունն է հայտնել վերջին շրջանում գրանցված գնաճի վերաբերյալ և մարզպետների հետ քննարկել մարզերում ստեղծված իրավիճակը, գների կայունացման գործընթացը: ՀՀ վարչապետի հանձնարարությամբ նախարար Երիցյանը մարզպետներին հորդորել է ամենօրյա ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահել մարզերում լայն սպառման` հատկապես պարենային ապրանքների գների հետ կապված իրավիճակը` կանխելով չարաշահումներն ու շահարկումները:
Քննարկվել են մարզպետների լիազորությունների, տարածքային կառավարման համակարգի, մարզերում տեսչական գործունեության աշխատանքների համակարգման, համայնքներին հատկացվող դոտացիաների վերաբերյալ մարզպետների ներկայացրած առաջարկությունները:
Բարձրացված հարցերը քննարկելու և ներկայացված առաջարկություններն ամփոփելու նպատակով Ա. Երիցյանն առաջարկել է ստեղծել աշխատանքային խումբ:
Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում նշվել է, որ ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից հաստատվել են սոցիալական աջակցություն ստացող սահմանամերձ 32 համայնքների ցանկը և օժանդակության տրամադրման կարգը: Պետության սահմանած արտոնությունների թվում առաջին անգամ 2015 թ. ընթացքում աջակցություն ստացող համայնքների բնակիչ-բաժանորդները սպառած բնական գազի համար տարեկան մինչև 360 խմ ծավալի, ինչպես նաև մինչև 1440 կՎտ էլեկտրաէներգիայի դիմաց կվճարեն 50 տոկոսի չափով:
Այս հարցի վերաբերյալ թյուրըմբռնումներից խուսափելու նպատակով մարզպետներին առաջարկվել է խորհրդակցություններ անցկացնել ցանկում ընդգրկված համայնքների ղեկավարների, «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա», «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲ ընկերությունների տարածքային մասնաճյուղերի ներկայացուցիչների հետ և վերջիններիս ներկայացնել արտոնությունների տրամադրման կարգը:
Քննարկվել են նաև երկրաշարժի հետևանքով անօթևան մնացած ընտանիքների համար Շիրակի մարզում մեկնարկած բնակարանների գնման վկայագրերի տրամադրման հարցը և ընթացիկ այլ խնդիրներ:
ՏԿԱԻ նախարարը տեղեկացրել է, որ տարեսկզբից շարունակելու է իր մարզային այլցելությունները, որոնց ընթացքում տեղում ծանոթանալու և լուծումներ է տալու բարձրացված խնդիրներին:
