ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանն այսօր Կառավարության նիստերի դահլիճում հանդիպում էր կազմակերպել տաքսի ծառայություն մատուցող կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարների և անհատ վարորդների հետ:
Գագիկ Բեգլարյանն ասաց, որ բոլորի կարծիքը հաշվի է առնում և ցանկացած բարձրացված խնդիրների հիման վրա կարգավորումներ են տարվում:
Ստեղծվել է նոր օրենք, համաձայն որի, հանվել է դեղին համարանիշերի պահանջը, որի փոխարեն համապատասխան ներդիրը կփակցվի մեքենայի դիմապակուն: Սրանով կկրճատվի 5 գործողություն և կխնայվի 17 հազար 500 դրամ: Հանվել է նաև ամենօրյա բուժզննում և տեխզննում իրականացնելու պարտադիր պահանջը, արդյունքում ամսական կխնայեն 10-ից 15 հազար դրամ:
«Մենք լսել ենք բոլոր այն խնդիրները, որոնք առկա են եղել, որոնք անհանգստացրել են տաքսու վարորդներին, լսել ենք շատ քննադատություններ, եղել են երկխոսություններ, երկու տարի շարունակ փորձել ենք այդ հոգսերը, քննադատությունները, բոլորը հաշվի առել, և այսօր ունենք մի օրենք, և նախարարությունը գտնում է, որ այս պահից սկսած այդ օրենքն աշխատելու է հօգուտ այն վարորդների, որոնք մինչ այժմ խնդիրներ ու դժգոհություններ են ունեցել»,- ասաց նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում վարորդներից մեկը դժգոհեց ավտոկայանատեղերից, մասնավորապես ասելով.
«Պրոսպեկտից մի փոքր հատված գնալու համար պիտի գնանք, Ձկան խանութի մոտ հասնենք ու հետ գանք, 30 տոկոսով ավելի գազ ենք ծախսում այդ ժամանակ, որովհետև կայանատեղի չկա: Իսկ բոլոր կայանատեղիներում էլ ջիպեր են կանգնած: Իմ համար էդ ջիպն ընդամենը փոխադրամիջոց է, բայց առաջին գծերում են կանգնեցնում: Կարմիր գծերն էլ մի կողմից քաշեցին, արդյունքում` տուգանվում ենք, դա չնչին գումար չի, ցանկացած քայլափոխի կարող ենք տուգանվել: Դուք դուխ էլ ունեք, լիազորություն էլ ունեք, խի՞ չեք ջիպերին հանում կայանատեղերից, որտեղ պետք է տաքսիները կանգնած լինեն»,- հարցրեց վարորդներից մեկը:
Սակայն նախարարը զարմացավ՝ լսելով, որ ջիպերը կարող են կայանել տաքսիների համար նախատեսված վայրերում՝ ասելով, որ չի տեսել նման բան:
«Ես չեմ տեսել, որ ջիպը կանգնած լինի տաքսու տեղում»,-ասաց նախարարը: Դահլիճից միահամուռ արձագանքեցին, որ նախարարը կենտրոնում ամեն տեղ կարող է ականատես լինել այդ երևույթին:
