2014 թվականը վայրիվերումների տարի էր մեր հայրենիքի համար՝ վտանգներով ու հնարավորություններով լեցուն: Սակայն, անկախ հակառակորդի ոտնձգություններից, հայոց աշխարհում շարունակում է թևածել խաղաղությունը՝ շնորհիվ մեր զինվորի ամրության: Մեկ այլ ձեռքբերում է Արցախում գրանցված շուրջ 9 տոկոս տնտեսական աճը, որն անխուսափելիորեն ազդեցություն ունի ԼՂՀ քաղաքացիների կենսամակարդակի որակի բարձրացման վրա 2015 թվականին ևս նախատեսում ենք պահպանել տնտեսական աճի առաջանցիկ տեմպերը՝ որպես գլխավոր նպատակ ունենալով բնակչության բարեկեցությունը: Տարեցտարի զարգացնելով Արցախի տնտեսությունը՝ մենք կերաշխավորենք ցանկալի ապագայի գոյությունը՝ հենված զարգացման և անվտանգության վրա: Այդ ճանապարհին յուրաքանչյուր հայ իր նշանակալի դերակատարումը կարող է ունենալ Արցախի շենացման գործում: Սիրելի՛ բարեկամներ, ընդունե՛ք ջերմագին շնորհավորանքներս և բարեմաղթանքներս՝ տարեմուտի և Սուրբ ծննդի առթիվ: Ձեր ընտանիքներում սերն ու համերաշխությունը թո՛ղ անպակաս լինեն»:
