Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հանձնարարականը կատարված է. ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզի Եղվարդ քաղաքի Երևանյան 17 հասցեում գտնվող բնակելի շենքի 16 ընտանիք այսօր ստացել է բնակարանի սեփականության վկայագիր: Այս մասին կառավարության ղեկավարը խոստացել էր նշված շենքի բնակիչներին ս.թ. օգոստոսի 27-ին Կոտայքի մարզ աշխատանքային այցի ժամանակ:
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից։
Եղվարդի Երևանյան 17 հասցեում գտնվող շենքի բնակիչները վարչապետին էին դիմել իրենց կողմից դեռևս 1991 թ. զբաղեցրած բնակարանների նկատմամբ սեփականության իրավունք ձեռք բերելու խնդրանքով, և Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հանձնարարել էր ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչությանը, Կոտայքի մարզպետարանին և Եղվարդի քաղաքապետարանին՝ կազմակերպել այդ բնակարանները սեփականության իրավունքով բնակիչներին տրամադրելու գործընթացը: Շենքը պատկանում էր ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության ենթակայության «Ընդերքաբան» ԲԲԸ-ին, և ս.թ. հոկտեմբերի 16-ին ՀՀ կառավարությունն ընդունել էր համապատասխան որոշում՝ թույլատրելով «Ընդերքաբան» ԲԲԸ-ին սեփականության իրավունքով իրեն պատկանող ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզի Եղվարդ քաղաքի Երևանյան 17 հասցեում գտնվող 120 մլն դրամ շուկայական արժեք ունեցող բնակելի շենքը (ընդհանուր մակերեսը 1673.6 ք/մ) մասնակի հատուցմամբ 30 մլն 516 հազ. 838 դրամ արժեքով օտարել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը` ի դեմս ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության և անհատույց նվիրել շենքում բնակվող 16 ընտանիքին:
Շենքի բակում կազմակերպված տոնական միջոցառման ժամանակ 16 ընտանիքին բնակարանների սեփականության վկայագրերը հանձնել են ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզպետ Արամ Հարությունյանը և ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Գուրգեն Դումանյանը: ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարարի առաջին տեղակալը ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի անունից շնորհավորել է բնակիչներին բնակարանների նկատմամբ սեփականության իրավունք ձեռք բերելու առիթով և խնդրի լուծման գործում կարևորել պատկան մարմինների հետևողական աշխատանքը: Գուրգեն Դումանյանը խորհրդանշական է համարել Ամանորի նախաշեմին բնակարանների սեփականության վկայագրերի հանձնումը և, շնորհավորելով գալիք տոների առթիվ, մաղթել առողջություն և հաջողություն:
