Անցած տարին մեզ համար լեցուն էր բազմաբնույթ հաջողություններով և դժվարին մարտահրավերներով: Շարունակելով համընդհանուր ջանքերով կարգավորել մեր առջև դրված խնդիրները' մենք հուշագրեր ստորագրեցինք պետականության կարևորագույն ինստիտուտների հետ, որպեսզի համատեղենք մեր ընդհանուր ջանքերը հանուն մեր երկրի ու պետականության հզորացման:
Եկող տարին նշանակալից է հատկապես նրանով, որ աշխարհասփյուռ հայերով, պետականորեն և առաջադեմ համայն մարդկության հետ միասին նշելու ենք Հայոց մեծ Ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցը:
Ցեղասպանության իրողության 100-րդ տարելիցի ազգովի արձանագրումը նորոգում է մեր ուխտը հայոց պետականության հանդեպ, որի գոյությունը ոչ միայն բացառում է ցեղասպանության կրկնությունը, այլ նաև միջազգային ասպարեզներում բարձրաձայնում է մեր պահանջատիրությունը: Այո, մենք պահանջատեր ենք և պահանջատիրական մեր իրավունքից ելնելով ես պատգամ եմ հղում համայն հայությանը, որ մինչև հիսուն տարեկան բոլոր հայերը ի հակահարված ցեղասպանության իրագործման պատասխանատուներին, հանուն համայն հայության հզորացմանը զավակներ ունենան:
Եվս անգամ շնորհավորում եմ համայն հայությանը, հայոց բոլոր մայրերին, մեր Մեծ մորը' Գրետա մայրիկին, հերոսներ ծնող մեր բոլոր մայրերին Ամանորի և Սուրբ Ծննդյան տոների առթիվ ու մաղթում առողջություն և արևշատություն:
