Ուղերձում ասվում է.
«Սիրելի հայրենակիցնե՛ր,
Շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ Նոր Տարվա եւ Սուրբ Ծննդյան տոների առթիվ:
Անցնող տարում մենք շարունակեցինք մեր ընթացքը, շարունակեցինք կառուցել, շարունակեցինք նորոգվել ու զարգանալ որպես հասարակություն եւ որպես պետություն: Խոստովանենք, որ այդ ամենն արվում էր բարդ աշխարհաքաղաքական պայմաններում:
2014 թվականն աչքի ընկավ աշխարհում տեղի ունեցող փոթորկալից իրադարձություններով: Ցավոք, այդ փոթորիկները դեռ լիովին չեն հանդարտվել: Ընդամենը մեկ տարի առաջ թերեւս քչերն էին պատկերացնում, թե ինչ արագությամբ կարող են զարգանալ դեպքերը, եւ որքան բացասական կարող են լինել դրանց հետեւանքները:
Հայաստանի իշխանությունների առաջին խնդիրն է եղել մեր ժողովրդին եւ մեր երկիրը հնարավորինս հեռու պահել այդ փոթորիկներից, պահպանել Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի խաղաղությունը, անվտանգությունն ու կայունությունը: Միշտ չէ, որ հնարավոր է լինում թափ առնող տարբեր բացասական միտումներից ամբողջովին հեռու մնալ, որովհետեւ մենք աշխարհի մասն ենք: Որքան էլ փոքր համարենք մեր երկիրը, մենք աշխարհի մասն ենք:
Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Անցած տարին հատկանշվեց մեր սահմանների վրա լարվածության աննախադեպ աճով: Սա այն իրականությունն է, որի մեջ մենք ապրում ենք: Մեր բանակը իր առջեւ դրված խնդիրները լուծում է պատվով եւ մասնագիտական բարձր մակարդակով: Չեմ կասկածում, որ այսօր` Ամանորի տոնական սեղանների շուրջ, մենք անպայման բաժակ ենք բարձրացնելու` խմելով մեր զինվորների ու սպաների կենացը՝ մաղթելով նրանց բարի ծառայություն:
Մենք մուտք ենք գործում 2015 թվական: Տարին, իհարկե, խորհրդա-նշական է: Մենք պատրաստվում ենք պատշաճ կերպով անցկացնել Մեծ Եղեռնի 100-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված միջոցառումները: Բոլորս միասին դա անելու ենք արժանապատվորեն: Նշելու ենք կյանքի հաղթանակը մահվան հանդեպ` ընդգծելով այն հերոսական ու փառահեղ ուղին, որ անցավ մեր ժողովուրդը: Ընդգծելու ենք վերապրելու, վերածնվելու եւ ազատագրվելու այն կամքն ու ջանքը, որ դրսեւորեց մեր ժողովուրդը: Ընդգծելու ենք նաեւ այն առատ հունձքը, որ տվեց հայ հանճարն իր երկրին ու աշխարհին անցած հարյուր տարվա ընթացքում:
Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Արտաքին հանգամանքները կարող են դասավորվել այս կամ այն կերպ, բայց ամենակարեւորը եւ վճռորոշը լինելու է այն, ինչ մե՛նք ենք անելու մեր ընտանիքների եւ մեր երկրի համար: Մենք կարող ենք շատ բան անել եւ անում ենք քայլ առ քայլ: Մենք զարգացնելու ենք մեր տնտեսությունը նոր պայմաններում` օգտվելով այն հնարավորություններից, որոնք բացվելու են տեսանելի ապագայում: Մենք շարունակելու ենք մեր ուղին դեպի ազատ, ապահով եւ բարեկեցիկ Հայաստան: Աստծո օրհնությամբ մենք շարունակելու ենք հաղթել՝ շարունակելու ենք հաղթել ապրելով ու արարելով:
