Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին ընդառաջ մեծ պատասխանատվություն է դրվել Հայոց ցեղասպանության թանգարան-ինստիտուտի ուսերին: Վերջին մի քանի տարիներին թանգարանում նախապատրաստական լուրջ աշխատանքներ են կատարվում տարելիցին ընդառաջ, մշակվում է ռազմավարություն: Հայոց ցեղասպանության թանգարան-ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Հայկ Դեմոյանի փոխանցմամբ' այսօր արդեն նախապատրաստական աշխատանքի առյուծի բաժինը կարելի է ավարտված համարել: Մասնավորապես, երեք տարվա շինարարական աշխատանքն ավարտված է եւ ապրիլին թանգարանը կներկայանա նոր տեսքով, նախագծով:
«Հուշահամալիրի տարածքում ամբողջությամբ նորոգվել է հուշասյունը, համալիրը պատրաստ է, շինարարական աշխատանքներն ավարտվել են մի քանի շաբաթ առաջ: Հաշված օրերի ընթացում պատրաստ կլինենք իրագործել նոր ցուցադրության դիզայներական նախագիծը: Նոր թանգարանի շենքը 2,5 անգամ ընդարձակվել է, թանգարանն ունի նոր հարմարություններ, ստեղծվել է բացառիկ պայման ֆոնդերի պահպանության համար, վերազինվել են կահույքը, տեխնիկական միջոցները»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ' ասաց Հայկ Դեմոյանը' հավելելով, որ վերջին տարիների վիակագրությունը փաստում է, որ թանգարանի հանդեպ հետաքրքրությունն անընդհատ աճում է:
Թանգարանի փոքրիկ սրահում գործում է ցուցադրություն եւ այս տարի տասնհինգ հազար այցելու է ունեցել: «Հաջորդ տարի թանգարանի հանդեպ հետաքրքրությունն ավելի կմեծանա: Չենք սահմանափակվի միայն Ծիծեռնակաբերդում ցուցադրությամբ: Մեր զինանոցի պաշարի մի մասը կցուցադրվի աշխարհի բազմաթիվ քաղաքներում: Թեմատիկ առումով դրանք բազմազան են: Նախատեսվում է ունիվերսալ ցուցադրություն' չորս լեզուներով, որը ներկայացնելու ենք Սփյուռքի բազմաթիվ համայնքներում: Յուրաքանչյուր տարածաշրջանի համար նախատեսվում է առանձին ցուցադրություն եւ ժամանակավոր ցուցադրություններին կուղեկցեն բազմալեզու կատալոգները: Այս պահի դրությամբ բոլոր աշխարհամասերում ավելի քան հիսուն ցուցադրության անցկացում է նախատեսվում»,- ասաց Դեմոյանը:
Վերջերս թանգարանը խոշոր ցուցադրությունների շուրջ պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերել աշխարհի բազմաթիվ քաղաքների ղեկավարների հետ:
Մասնավորապես, ապրիլին Փարիզի քաղաքապետարանը կհյուրընկալի Հայոց ցեղասպանության թանգարանի ցուցադրությունը: Քաղաքապետարանի' Լուվրի հարեւանությամբ գործող երկու խոշոր ցուցասրահներում կներկայացվեն թանգարանի ցուցանմուշները: Լոս Անջելեսի մշակութային կենտրոնում երեք օր շարունակ կներկայացվի «Հայոց ցեղասպանության լուսաբանումը համաշխարհային մամուլի էջերում» խորագրով ցուցադրությունը, որը կներկայացվի նաեւ եվրոպական մի շարք մայրաքաղաքներում:
Խոշորագույն ծրագրերից է նաեւ Երեւանում անցկացվելիք ցեղասպանագետների համաժողովը: Հուլիսի 8-12-ը Երեւանում կանցկացվի մեծ գիտաժողով, որին կմասնակցի ավելի քան 300 ցեղասպանագետ:
«Ոսկե ծիրան» կինոփառատոնի շրջանակում կցուցադրվի Ավրորա Մադիգանյանի կյանքի ոդիսականի մասին տեսանյութը, համահայկական խաղերի ժամանակ կցուցադրվի մինչեւ 1915թ. Օսմանյան կայսրությունում հայկական սպորտի մասին հավաքված հսկայական արխիվը: Աշնանը նախատեսվում է անցկացնել մեծ գիտաժողով «Ցեղասպանության երեխա զոհեր» խորագրով:
