Ջավախահայ քաղաքական գործիչ Վահագն Չախալյանը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ, որով տեղեկացնում է, որ իր կողմից՝ անհնազանդություն իրականացնելու համար զինված խումբ կազմավորելը հերյուրանք է։
«Վրացական «Գռուզիա օնլայն» կայքում տպված, այնուհետև մի շարք ադրբեջանական կայքերի կողմից արտատպված , ս/թ նոյեմբերի 13-ին ոմն Կարինե Գրիգորյանի կողմից արված հրապարակումը, ըստ որի, իբր թե, ես՝ Վահագն Չախալյանս, Ջավախքում կազմավորել եմ 60-70 անձից բաղկացած զինված խմբավորում` ցանկանալով տեղում իրականացնել անհնազանդություն, ծիծաղելի է , անհեթեթություն և իրականության հետ ոչ մի աղերս չունի:
Պարզորոշ է, որ այս ապատեղեկատվությունը՝ վերակենդանացման փորձեր անող Մ. Սահակաշվիլու պատվերով իրականացված, հերթական հիվանդագին դրսևորման արդյունքն է, հերթական սադրանքը, ձեռագիր՝ որով վերջիններս տարիներ շարունակ ցանկացել և այսօր էլ ցանկանում են Վրաստանի ապակայունացման հետ մեկտեղ թշնամանք սերմանել իրար կողք դարերով համերաշխ ապրած երկու քրիստոնյա ժողովուրդների միջև:
Ինչպես իմ, այնպես էլ ջավախահայության համար խիստ կարևոր է Ջավախքի և ողջ տարածաշրջանի կայունության պահպանումը և խաղաղ, բնականոն զարգացումը, որի համար մենք չենք խնայել և հետագայում ևս չենք խնայելու ոչ մի միջոց ու ջանք:
Իմ ազատ արձակման լուրից «ցնցված», այդ ցնցումից զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից հրաժարված, այնուհետև այդ «հայրենանվեր» քայլի համար «Պատվո օրդենի» շքանշանի արժանացած այս տիկինի հայտարարությունը, որքան էլ անհեթեթ, այդուհանդերձ իր մեջ պարունակում է ծանրագույն մեղադրանքներ, և շարունակությունն է այն հայատյաց , ազգամիջյան թշնամանք հարուցող հայտարարությունների շքերթին, որոնք տարիներ ի վեր հնչել են Սաակաշվիլու և նրա թիմակիցների շուրթերից:
Ելնելով այդ հանգամանքից՝ կոչ եմ անում Վրաստանի պատկան մարմիններին վերջապես միջոցներ ձեռնարկել և պարզել մեղադրանքը հնչեցրած անձնավորության «աղբյուրները», ինչպես նաև պարզել սադրիչ ապատեղեկատվության հրապարակման իրական պատվիրատուներին, վերջիններիս հետապնդած իրական նպատակները և պատասխանատվության կանչել բոլոր մեղավորներին:
