Գյումրիում աղմկահարույց սպանություն իրականացրած ռուս զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովի մասին լուրերը շրջանառվում են բոլոր լրատվամիջոցներում: Այս անգամ Комсомольская правда պարբերականն անդրադարձել է այս ողբերգական դեպքին՝ կարծիքներ ներկայացնելով նրան ճանաչող մարդկանցից։
Ըստ ՌԴ Զաբայկալե մարզի Բալեյսկու շրջանի և Բալեյ քաղաքի զինկոմիսարիատի պետ Ալեքսանդր Լոգինովսկու՝ Պերմյակովը ծառայության է անցել 2014 թվականին։ Գրում էOrer.am-ը:
«Տղան մեծացել է բազմանդամ ընտանիքում, ունի եղբայր և 4 քույր, բնութագրերը եղել են դրական։ Առողջական վիճակը լավ է, ոչ մի հոգեկան շեղում չի ունեցել բանակ զորակոչվելու պահին»,-հայտնում է Լոգինովսկին։
Մարդասպանի անգլերենի ուսուցչուհի Գալինա Տալոկնովան իր նախկին աշակերտի մասին պատմում է, որ Վալերին քրոջ հետ անգլերենի դասընթացների է հաճախել և նամակագրական կապի մեջ է եղել ԱՄՆ-ի հարազատների հետ։
Պերմյակովի հայրը պատմում է, որ որդու հետ հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել հունվարի 7-ին.
«Ամեն ինչ շատ նորմալ էր, ես նրան շնորհավորեցի տոների առթիվ: Նա հանգիստ էր խոսում, իրեն լավ էր զգում: Նա լավ երիտասարդ էր»,-ասում է հայրը:
Չեն հավատում կատարվածին նաև համադասարանցիները:
«Ես Վալերայի մանկության ընկերն եմ ու վստահ եմ, որ նա ոչ մի սպանություն էլ չի իրակնացրել: Նա միշտ եղել է հանգիստ ու ադեկվատ: Կարող է՝ նրա գլխին սարքել են, որ նա չի ցանկացել մտնել ինչ-որ խմբավորման մեջ»,- սոցցանցերում գրել է նրա ընկեր Եվգենին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2015 թվականի հունվարի 12-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան, ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում. սպանվել է միևնույն ընտանիքի 6 անդամ։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջ է մնացել մինչև 1 տարեկան փոքրիկը՝ Սերյոժա Արմենի Ավետիսյանը, ով կտրող-ծակող գործիքից ստացած վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է բժշկական կենտրոն։ Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական,դատատոքսիկոքիմիական, դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ։
