Համաշխարհային բանկը տպագրել է «Համաշխարհային տնտեսական հեռանկարներ» խորագրով զեկույց, որում ներկայացրել է 2015, 2016, 2017 թվականների վերաբերյալ իր կանախատեսումները համաշխարհային և առանձին մի շարք պետությունների վերաբերյալ:
Հայաստանում 2015թ ՀՆԱ-ն կաճի 3.3 %-ով, 2016-ին 3.7%, 2017-ին` 4.1%-ով: Հատկանշական է այն հանգամանքը, որ 2014-ին Հայաստանում ՀՆԱ-ն, ըստ ՀԲ-ի, աճել էր 2.6 տոկոսով:
Ադրբեջանում 2015-ին ՀՆԱ-ն կաճի 4.4%-ով, 2016-ին` 4.1%, 2017-ին` 3.8%: Հատկանաշականն այն է, որ 2014-ին Ադրբեջանում ՀՆԱ-ն , ըստ ՀԲ-ի, աճել էր 4.5 տոկոսով:
Բելառուսում կանխատեսվում է 2015թ-ին 1.8%-ով աճ, 2016-ին 2.0 %-ով, 2017-ին 2.0%-ով: Վրաստանում 2015-ին 5.0%, 2016-ին 5.0%, 2017-ին 5.5% աճ է կանխատեսվում: Ղազախաստանում 2015-ին կանխատեսվում է 1.8 % աճ , 2016-ին 3.2%, 2017-ին 4.7%: Ղրղստանում 2015-ին ՀՆԱ-ն կաճի 2.0 %-ով, 2016-ին 4.0%-ով, 2017-ին 5.0%-ով: Թուրքիայում 2015-ին կանխատեսվում է ՀՆԱ-ի 3.5% աճ, 2016-ին 3.7%, 2017-ին էլ 3.9% աճ:
Վերլուծաբանների կարծիքով՝ 2015 թվականին ռուսական տնտեսությունը կապրի 2.9 տոկոսի անկում, սակայն 2016-ին դժվարությամբ կվերադառնա դրական ցուցանիշների: Երկրի ՀՆԱ-ն կաճի 0.1 տոկոսով: Իսկ 2017 1.1-ով:
Զեկույցում մասանավորապես նաև նախատեսվում է, որ Բելառուսը կօգտվի Արևմուտքի կողմից կիրառվող սննդի ներմուծման արգելքից և կկարողանա ավելացել գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքների արտահանումը դեպի Ռուսաստան: «Այնուամենայնիվ, ռուսական ռուբլու արժեզրկումը կկրճատի արտադրական արտահանումն ու ներդրումը: Հայաստանը, Ղրղզստանը, Մոլդովան և Տաջիկստանը խոցելի են Ռուսաստանի աշխատաշուկայում տեղի ունեցող փոփոխություններից, քանի որ այդ երկրներում կարևոր են Ռուսաստանից եկող դրամական փոխանցումները»,-գրում է ՀԲ-ն:
Ավելին նշվում է, որ չզտված նավթի գնի անկումը կարող է կրճատել առևտրի հաշվեկշիռը Ռուսաստանում, Ադրբեջանում, և Ղազախստանում` ՀՆԱ-ի 5-14 տոկոսով:
Զեկույցում նշվում է, որ համաշխարհային տնտեսությունը պետք է 2015 թվականին աճի 3 տոկոսով: Համաձայն նախկին գնահատականի՝ այն պետք է աճեր 3.4 տոկոսով, նաև նշվում է, որ 2016-ին այն աճելու է 3.3 տոկոսվ:
Համաշխարհային բանկը նշել է, որ համաշխարհային տնտեսական հեռանկարը կբարելավվի 2015 թվականին, սակայն, տարբեր ուղղություններով միտումները իրենց մեջ ներառում են բացասական ռիսկեր: Շատ բան կախված է ցածր նավթի գների հետ, որը կարող է հանգեցնել նավթ արտադրող երկրների հաշվեկշռում լարվածության:
