Գյումրեցիների նախաձեռնած բողոքի երթը, որը տեղափոխվել էր ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի մոտ խաղաղ ավարտ է ունցել: Ռուսական ռազմաբազայի մոտ երթի մասնակիցներին մոտեցավ Շիրակի մարզի դատախազ Րաֆֆի Ասլանյանը, ով հորդորեց քաղաքացիներին միասին շարժվել դեպի մարզային դատախազության շենք:
Նա նշեց, որ Պերմյակովն արդեն որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավվել է քրեական գործում. «Սա նշա նակում է, որ մենք իրականացնում ենք մեր նախաքննությունն, անկախ նրանից, թե ում մոտ է նա գտնվում»: Ասլանյանն առաջարկեց շարժվել մարզային դատախազության շենքի մոտ և քննարկել խնդիրն այնտեղ: Այնուհետև նա հեռախոսակապ հաստատեց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Գևորգ Կոստանյանի հետ և երթի մասնակիցներին փոխանցեց գլխավոր դատախազի խոսքերը:
«Այսօր երեկոյան տեղի են ունենալու խորհրդակցություններ, որոնք վաղն առավոտյան նույնպես շարունակվելու են։ Խորհրդակցությունների ավարտից կլինի հայտարարություն, թե ինչ է կատարվելու նշված քրեական գործով»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ' փոխանցել է Ասլանյանը: Շիրակի մարզի դատախազը վստահեցրեց, որ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի հունվարի 12-ին տեղի ունեցած սպանության քրեական գործի քննությունն ընթանում է, և որ բոլոր մեղավորները պատժվելու են:
Նա առաջարկեց երկու օրից հանդիպել դատախազության մոտ, սակայն հավաքվածները չհամաձայնեցին' պահանջելով, որ Պերմյակովը հանձնվի հայ իրավապահներին: Լրագրող Լևոն Բարսեղյանը հնչեցրեց հավաքվածների դիրքորոշումն առ այն, որ ցուցարարները հավաքվելու են հունվարի 15-ին, ժամը 17:00-ին՝ իրենց պահանջի պատասխանը դատախազությունից ստանալու համար. «Սպասում ենք, որ թաղումից հետո դատախազությունը պատասխանի, որ ռազմաբազայից դուրս տեղի ունեցած հանցագործությունը պետք է դատվի Հայաստանում»,- ամփոփեց Բարսեղյանը: Այնուհետև հավաքվածները հ եռացան ռուսական ռազմաբազայի մուտքի մոտից:
Գյումրիում հունվարի 14-ին անցկացվել է ինքնաբուխ ու խաղաղ ավտոերթ, որի նպատակը հունվարի 12-ին Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի վեց անդամներին դաժանաբար սպանելու մեջ մեղադրվող ռուս զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովին Հայաստանի իրավապահ մարմիններին հանձնելու պահանջը լսելի դարձնելն էր:
Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 6 անդամների սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015 թվականի հունվարի 12-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան, հրազենային վնասվածքներից։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջ է մնացել 6 ամսական փոքրիկը՝ Սերյոժա Արմենի Ավետիսյանը, ով կտրող-ծակող գործիքից ստացած վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է բժշկական կենտրոն: Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատատոքսիկոքիմիական, դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ:
Սպանության մեջ կասկածյալին ռուս սահմանապահները հայտնաբերել են հայ-թուրքական սահմանը հատելու փորձ կատարելիս եւ հանձնել 102-րդ ռուսական բազայի հրամանատարությանը: Պերմյակովն արդեն տվել է խոստովանական ցուցմունքներ: Հայկական և ռուսական քննչական մարմինների մասնակցությամբ անցկացվել է նախաքննություն:
Նկատի ունենալով, որ նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված ապացույցները բավարար հիմք են տալիս առ այն, որ հանցագործությունը կատարել է ՌԴ 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի թիվ N զորամասի զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովը, ուստի՝ 2015թ. հունվարի 14-ին որոշում է կայացվել՝ վերջինիս ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
