Երբ 1999 թվականին ռուսական ռազմակայանի զինծառայողի կողմից նմանատիպ հանցագործություն կատարվեց Գյումրիում, այն ժամանակ տվյալ անձը դատապարտվեց ՀՀ-ի կողմից: Այն մասին ինչո՞ւ այս դեպքում այդպես չէ հարցին, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Գևորգ Կոստնայանը լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ այսպես պատասխանեց.
«1999 թվականին մենք ունեինք նույն պայմանագիրը՝ նույն կարգավորումներով, սակայն այն ժամանակ կասկածյալին հայտնաբերել էին հայ իրավապահները»,-ասաց Կոստնայանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ հունվարի 12-ին Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող ռուս զինվորական Վալերի Պավելի Պերմյակովին հայտնաբերել են հայ-թուրքական սահմանի մոտ ռուս իրավապահների կողմից:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը նշեց, որ Պերմյակովին հանձնելու հարց չի քննարկվում, քանի որ նա արդեն իսկ գտնվում է Հայաստանի տարածքում, թեև՝ ռուսական կողմի իրավազորության ներքո:
«Գյումրիում ընտանիքի վեց անդամներին սպանելու համար մեղադրվող Վալերի Պերմյակովին այսօր՝ հունվարի 15-ին մեղադրանք կառաջադրվի ՀՀ-ում հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում և նրան այսօր կհարցաքննեն հայ քննիչները»,-ասաց Գևորգ Կոստանյանը։
Ի վերջո, հայկակա՞ն, թե՞ ռուսական դատարանն է քննելու գործը, Կոստանյանը ստույգ պատասխան չտվեց, միայն հայտնեց, որ այդ փուլին դեռ չեն հասել, և վաղ է այդ հարցին պատասխանել:
Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է ցուցարարների` այսօր մինչև ժամը 17:00-ը վերջնաժամկետին, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը նշեց.
«Նման բազմամարդ բողոքի ակցիաները հասկանալի են, բայց ես չեմ կարծում, որ դա անդրադարձել է քրեական գործի քննության վրա, դա օգուտ չի տալու երբեք»:
Լրագրողներից մեկը հարց ուղղելով ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին ասաց.«Տարածված կարծիք կա, որ ոչ մի բան էլ չի բացահայտվելու, ասում են՝ էն տղեն գիժ ա, հեսա գժի թուղթ կտան ու դրանով հարցը կփակվի»:
Ի պատասխան Կոստանյանն ասաց, որ դատավարական և քննչական գործողությունները ենթադրում են բազմապիսի և բազմաթիվ փորձաքննություններ, որոնք նշանակվելու են ՀՀ կողմից՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի կողմից, ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով՝ ՀՀ փորձագիտական կենտրոններում:
