«Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում մասնավորապես ասվում է.
«Այսօր վաղ առավոտյան ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնությամբ տեղի է ունեցել ԲՀԿ խմբակցության և քաղխորհրդի նիստ: Քննարկվել է Գյումրիիում ստեղծված իրավիճակը:
Նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել և արձագանք են ստացել մի շարք հարցեր: Որոշվել է ԲՀԿ խմբակցության և քաղխորհրդի ներկայացուցիչներից ձևավորել աշխատանքային խումբ՝ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ցանկացած պահի Գյումրի գործուղելու համար:
ԲՀԿ նախագահը և նիստի մասնակիցները բարձր են գնահատել ԲՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Մարտուն Գրիգորյանի պահվածքը` Գյումրիում իրավիճակը կայունացնելու, դժվար պահին սառնասիրտ որոշումների և ժողովրդի կողքին լինելու համար:
ԲՀԿ խմբակցությունը և քաղխորհուրդը
1. Կոչ են անում գյումրեցիներին՝ ցուցաբերել առավելագույն զսպվածություն, իրենց արդարացի պահանջները բարձրաձայնելիս տուրք չտալ որևէ հնարավոր սադրանքի, մնալ առողջ տրամաբանության և օրինականության շրջանակներում:
2. Կոչ են անում քաղաքացիներին՝ ցանկացած պարագայում խուսափել ոստիկանության հետ ընդհարումներից, որոնք կարող են է՛լ ավելի անկայունացնել իրավիճակը:
3. Կոչ են անում ոստիկանությանը՝ ցուցաբերել առավելագույն զսպվածություն, որևէ պարագայում չգերազանցել սեփական լիազորությունները, պահպանել ընդգծված սառնասրտություն, խուսափել ուժի կիրառումից:
4. Կոչ են անում ՀՀ դատախազության ղեկավարությանը, այդ թվում՝ Գլխավոր դատախազին` իրարամերժ և հակասական հայտարարություններով չսրել իրավիճակը, անորոշ և իրավիճակին չհամապատասխանող պահվածքով չշիկացնել առանց այն էլ գերզգայուն վիճակը, գործել օրենքով սահմանված ինքնուրույնության սահմաններում՝ ի շահ ՀՀ քաղաքացիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության:
5. Կոչ են անում ՀՀ իշխանություններին՝ այս դժվար պահին գործել ՀՀ քաղաքացիների շահերի և իրավունքների և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արժանապատվության դիրքերից և չմնալ պասիվ դիտորդի դերում:
6. Կոչ են անում Հայաստանի ժողովրդին` տուրք չտալ հակառուսական տրամադրություններին և կոչերին: Խնդիրն այդ հարթություն տեղափոխելու փորձերը կարող են անկանխատեսելի հետևանքներ ունենալ մեր երկրի համար: Նման լարվածությունը ձեռնտու չէ ո՛չ Հայաստանին, ո՛չ Ռուսաստանին:
7. ԲՀԿ քաղխորհուրդը և խմբակցությունն ակնկալում են, որ Ռուսաստանի քաղաքական և ռազմական իշխանությունները, քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհում ընդունված կանոնների համաձայն, կոշտ գնահատական կտան կատարված անմարդկային ոճրագործությանը, կձեռնարկեն գործուն քայլեր՝ Գյումրիի ռազմակայանի կարգուկանոնի էական բարձրացման ուղղությամբ, կպատժեն բոլոր մեղավորներին, ում թողտվությամբ կամ անգործության պատճառով հնարավոր եղավ նման աննախադեպ ողբերգությունը, չեն խոչընդոտի ՀՀ օրենքների շրջանակներում գործի քննությանը, հանցագործի արդարացի պատժի իրականացմանը, չեն խոչընդոտի անաչառ տեղեկատվության տարածմանը և կձեռնարկեն բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցները՝ մթնոլորտը հանդարտեցնելու համար:
Սա կլինի լավագույն քայլը լարվածությունը թուլացնելու և երկու ժողովուրդների միջև բարիդրացիական հարաբերությունները չխաթարելու համար:
