Քաջարանի բժշկական կենտրոնում արձանագրված հեպատիտ Ց-ով վարակի դեպքերի, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի հրամանի համաձայն ՀՀ ԱՆ «Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի» մասնագետների կողմից «Քաջարանի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ում իրականացված ներհիվանդանոցային վարակների կանխարգելմանն ուղղված միջոցառումների գնահատման ուսումնասիրության արդյունքներով բժշկական գործիքների մանրէազերծման որակի վերաբերյալ վերցված նմուշներում շեղումների հայտնաբերման առիթով ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի հրամանով ստեղծվել է մասնագիտական հանձնաժողով։ Դրանում ընդգրկված են ինչպես կլինիցիստներ, այնպես էլ ՀՀ ԱՆ Առողջապահական պետական տեսչության և Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի մասնագետներ։
Հանձնաժողովին հանձնարարվել է կարճ ժամանակում ուսումնասիրել «Քաջարանի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ի հիվանդանոցային ծառայության կազմակերպման համապատասխանությունը ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի հրամաններով հաստատված չափորոշիչներին, ներհիվանդանոցային ինֆեկցիաների կանխարգելմանն ուղղված միջոցառումների համապատասխանությունը գործող իրավական ակտերին, ինչպես նաև հիվանդանոցում գործող որակի վերահսկման մասնագիտական հանձնաժողովի գործունեության համապատասխանությունը ՀՀ ԱՆ 16.01.2014թ. թիվ 37-Ա հրամանի պահանջներին։
Հանձնաժողովը կկատարի «Քաջարանի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ-ում արձանագրված հեպատիտ Ց-ով վարակի դեպքերի համաճարակային իրավիճակի ուսումնասիրություն։ Միաժամանակ ՀՀ ԱՆ Առողջապահական պետական տեսչությունը հարուցել է վարչական վարույթ։
Հրամանի կատարման հսկողությունը դրվել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի տեղակալ Վահան Պողոսյանի վրա:
Հանձնաժողովի ուսումնասիրության արդյունքները կներկայացվեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առողջապահության նախարարին:
Ի դեպ, նախարարությունն իրականացնում է առողջապահության բնագավառում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության քաղաքականությունը, իսկ մարզային հիվանդանոցներն իրենց հիմնադիրների` մարզպետարանների ղեկավարությամբ իրագործում են դրանք։
Նախարարի հրամանով ստեղծված հանձնաժողովն իր ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքները տեղում կքննարկի նաև Քաջարանի բժշկական կենտրոնի հիմնադրի` Սյունիքի մարզպետարանի ղեկավարության հետ։
