Տեղի է ունեցել «Օրինաց երկիր» կուսակցության քաղաքական խորհրդի նիստը, որը վարել է կուսակցության նախագահ Արթուր Բաղդասարյանը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՕԵԿ մամուլի ծառայությունից:
«Քաղաքական խորհուրդը լայն անդրադարձ է կատարել Գյումրիում ստեղծված իրավիճակին: Ըստ այդմ.
-«Օրինաց երկիր» կուսակցությունը կիսում է հանրության վրդովմունքը և իրավապահ մարմիններից պահանջում իրականացնել բազմակողմանի քննություն՝ բացահայտելու և պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու այս ոճրագործության բոլոր մեղավորներին:
Կուսակցությունը իրավապահ մարմիններին կոչ է անում ցանկացած դեպքում խուսափել իրենց արդարացի պահանջները բարձրաձայնող մարդկանց նկատմամբ ուժի կիրառումից, իսկ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին ցուցաբերել զսպվածություն, համբերատարություն, ցանկացած գործողություն իրականացնել օրինականության և սահմանադրական կարգի շրջանակներում կրկին անգամ իրավիճակի անկայունացում թույլ չտալու համար:
Կուսակցությունը պահանջում է ՀՀ իշխանություններից ձեռնարկել համապատասխան միջոցներ Գյումրիում լարված հասարակական մթնոլորտը հանդարտեցնելու նպատակով:
«Օրինաց երկիր» կուսակցությունը կոչ է անում նաև Ռուսաստանի պատկան մարմիններին ձեռնարկել գործուն միջոցառումներ՝ Գյումրիի 102-րդ ռազմակայանում կարգուկանոնի բարձրացման ուղղությամբ հետագայում որևէ այլ ողբերգություն կամ հանցագործություն թույլ չտալու համար, և պատժել բոլոր նրանց, նաև ում ծառայողական անփությության և անգործության հետևանքով այդ ոճրագործությունը տեղի ունեցավ:
ՕԵԿ-ը նաև արձանագրում է, որ ողբերգության շահարկումները և այն բոլորովին այլ հարթություն տեղափոխելը, ինչպես նաև հակառուսական տրամադրություններին և կոչերին տուրք տալը, կարող է բացասական հետևանքներ ունենալ Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի ռազմավարական դաշնակցության վրա, ինչը չի բխում երկու ժողովուրդների դարավոր բարեկամության բովանդակությունից»,-նշված է տարածված հայտարարության մեջ:
