Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության առողջապահության նախարար Վերոնիկա Սկվորցովայի առաջարկով Հայաստան ժամանած առաջատար մասնագետները` Անհետաձգելի մանկական վիրաբուժության և վնասվածքաբանության գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտի վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքի վարիչ, պրոֆեսոր Վալերի Ամչիսլավսկին, Ռուսաստանի մանկական կլինիկական հիվանդանոցի վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքի վարիչ Վալենտին Պալմը և նույն հիվանդանոցի մանկական նյարդաբանության բաժանմունքի վարիչ Ելենա Իլյինան ժամանումից անմիջապես հետո այցելել են Գյումրիի սպանդից փրկված վեց ամսական Սերյոժա Ավետիսյանին։
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Առողջապահության նախարարության մամուլի ծառայությունը, «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» բժշկական կենտրոնում ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանի ղեկավարությամբ անցկացվել է շուրջ երկու ժամ տևողությամբ հերթական կոնսիլիումը` ռուս և հայ առաջատար մասնագետների, ինչպես նաև երեխային երկու օր առաջ վիրահատած պրոֆեսորի` Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի Պոլենովի անվան նյարդավիրաբուժության գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտի մանկական կլինիկայի ղեկավար, անվանի նյարդավիրաբույժ Վիլյամ Խաչատրյանի մասնակցությամբ։
Բժշկական կենտրոնի մանկական վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքի վարիչ Աննա Չոբանյանը ներկայացրել է փոքրիկի բուժման ընթացքը, կատարված հետազոտությունների, բժշկական միջամտությունների հաջորդականությունը:
Երեխային զննելուց հետո, խորհրդակցության ընթացքում ռուս մասնագետները գոհունակությամբ փաստել են, որ կատարվել են երեխայի բուժման համար անհրաժեշտ բոլոր միջոցառումները:
«Բարձր ենք գնահատում թե՛ սարքավորումները, թե՛ բժշկական օգնության որակը»,-նշել է Ռուսաստանի մանկական կլինիկական հիվանդանոցի վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքի վարիչ Վալենտին Պալմը:
Անհետաձգելի մանկական վիրաբուժության և վնասվածքաբանության գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտի վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքի վարիչ, պրոֆեսոր Վալերի Ամչիսլավսկին ասել է, որ այս փուլում կարևոր է երեխայի առողջական վիճակի կայունացումը, ինչպես նաև հետագա բարդացումների չեզոքացումը, որը կհանգեցնի ուղեղի գործառույթի վերականգնմանը:
«Մենք պետք է հասկանանք, որ այս պահին պետք է ձգտենք ոչ թե մեծ, կարդինալ փոփոխությունների, այլ աստիճանական դրական զարգացումների»,-նկատել է մասնագետը` հավելելով, որ կարևոր է նաև երեխայի կենսական նշանակության գործառույթների կայունացումը:
Ռուս և հայ մասնագետների մասնակցությամբ այսօր կհրավիրվի ևս մեկ կոնսիլիում` երեխայի բուժման հետագա ընթացքը և անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումները քննարկելու նպատակով:
Փոքրիկի առողջական վիճակը շարունակում է մնալ կայուն ծանր։
Հիշեցնենք, որ հունվարի 16-ին հեռախոսակապի միջոցով կոնսիլիումին մասնակցել են նաև Քլիվլենդի (ԱՄՆ), Իսրայելի, Ֆրայբուրգի (Գերմանիա), Մոսկվայի, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի, աշխարհի լավագույն կլինիկաների մասնագետները: Կյանքին սպառնացող բարդությունները, ինչպես նաև երեխայի հետագա խորը հաշմանդամության վտանգը կանխարգելելու նպատակով մասնագետները համատեղ որոշում են կայացրել կատարել գլխուղեղի փորոքների դրենավորում: Նշենք, որ կոնսիլիումին մասնակցած արտասահմանյան բոլոր մասնագետները շարունակում են հետաքրքրվել երեխայի վիճակով։
