ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով շարունակվում է ակտիվ քննչական եւ դատավարական միջոցառումների իրականացումը' Գյումրիում հունվարի 12-ին տեղի ունեցած 6 անձի սպանության եւ մանկահասակ երեխայի սպանութան փորձի բոլոր հանգամանքները հետազոտելու, բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ:
Հաշվի առնելով հանրության հետաքրքրությունը' տեղեկացնում ենք, որ հարցաքննվել է մի քանի տասնյակ մարդ, նրանց թվում են՝ տուժողների հարեւանները, հարազատները, Ավետիսյանների սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող, Գյումրիում տեղակայված ռուսական թիվ 102 ռազմաբազայի զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովի զինակիցները, որոնցից դեռեւս դեպքի օրը վերցվել են արյան, մեզի, մազի փորձանմուշներ եւ ուղարկվել փորձաքննության:
Ինչպես այս, այնպես էլ քրեական գործով նշանակված մյուս փորձաքննությունների արդյունքների մասին տեղեկություն կտրամադրվի՝ դրանց եզրակացություններն ստանալուց հետո:
Քրեական գործի շրջանակներում իրավական օգնություն ցուցաբերելու վերաբերյալ միջազգային քննչական հանձնարարություն Ռուսաստանի պատկան մարմիններին ուղարկելու նպատակով հունվարի 15-ին վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը գրություն է ուղարկվել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն. ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 475-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջազգային պայմանագրերով քրեական գործերով իրավական օգնություն ցույց տալու հարցով մինչդատական վարույթում հաղորդակցությունն իրականացվում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազության միջոցով:
Հունվարի 16-ին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից ստացված գրավոր պատասխանի համաձայն' միջազգային քննչական հանձնարարությունն ուղարկվել է ՌԴ գլխավոր դատախազություն:
