ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Հովհաննես Մանուկյանը հունվարի 19-ին ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում պատիժը կրող Հրաչյա Հարությունյանի կնոջն ու նրա հորը` Անահիտ և Վիկտոր Մարտիրոսյաններին:
Ընդունելության նպատակն էր մանրամասներ ներկայացնել Հրաչյա Հարությունյանի Հայաստան տեղափոխելու ընթացակարգի վերաբերյալ, ինչպես նաև պատասխանել նրանց անհագստացնող հարցերին:
Նախարարը Հարությունյանի ընտանիքի անդամներին տեղեկացրել է, որ դեկտեմբերի սկզբին Անահիտ Մարտիրոսյանի՝ ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարություն հասցեագրած դիմումը, որով խնդրում էր Հ. Հարությունյանին պատժի մնացած մասը կրելու նպատակով Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն տեղափոխել, ընթացքի մեջ է՝ հավելելով, որ դատապարտյալի փոխանցումը ժամանակատար գործընթաց է:
Նախարարը, բացատրելով տեղափոխման ընթացակարգի մանրամասները, նշել է, որ դիմում-խնդրանքին կից նախարարությանն անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթեր չէին ներկայացվել, ուստի արդարադատության նախարարությունը սահմանված կարգով դիմել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արդարադատության նախարարություն` խնդրելով տրամադրել Հ.Հարությունյանին Հայաստան տեղափոխելու հարցի լուծման համար անհրաժեշտ ամբողջական տեղեկատվություն, ինչպես նաև «Դատապարտյալների փոխանցման մասին» Եվրոպական կոնվենցիայով նախատեսված փաստաթղթերը:
Լսելով հարազատներին հուզող մի շարք հարցեր՝ նախարարը նրանց տեղեկացրել է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արդարադատության նախարարությունից դիմումի վերաբերյալ պատասխան է ակնկալում: Նա հավաստիացրել է, որ շուտով հեռախոսազրույց է ունենալու Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արդարադատության նախարարի հետ, ինչը որոշակի պարզաբանումներ կմտցնի հարազատներին անհանգստացնող հարցերում: Նախարարը հավելել է, որ անհարժեշտ է պարզել Ռուսաստանից Հրաչյա Հարությունյանի տեղափոխմանն հնարավոր խոչընդոտները. մասնավորապես, արդյո՞ք վերջինիս դեմ չկան բավարարված քաղաքացիական հայցեր, ինչի առկայությունը լրացուցիչ ֆինանսական երաշխիքներ կարող է պահանջել ՀՀ-ի համար: Նախարարը վստահեցրել է ընտանքին, որ, բոլոր դեպքերում, արվում է հնարավոր ամեն բան, որպեսզի լուծվի Հայաստանի քաղաքացու տեղափոխման հարցը:
Հրաչյա Հարությունյանի ընտանիքի անդամները շնորհակալություն են հայտնել նախարարին հանդիպումը նախաձեռնելու, ինչպես նաև գործի ընթացքի վերաբերյալ մանրամասն տեղեկատվություն տրամադրելու համար: Վիկտոր Մարտիրոսյանը հավելել է, որ հավատում է, որ թեկուզ ոչ շատ շուտ, բայց ամեն դեպքում Հարությունյանների ընտանիքի հորը կտեղափոխեն Հայաստան:
