Ինչպես հայտնի է, հունվարի 17-ին Էրեբունու նախկին շուկայի տարածքում տեղի է ունեցել փլուզում, որի հետեւանքով Էրեբունու փողոցի երկայնքով կառուցված խանութներից 5-ը քանդվել և սահել են փոսը:
Ըստ որոշ լրատվամիջոցների՝ արտակարգ պատահարի պատճառը ջրագծի վթարն է, որով պայմանավորված սահել է տեղում կառուցվելիք շինության համար փորված հիմքի եզրաշերտի հողազանգվածը: Այս կապակցությամբ Երեւան Ջուր ՓԲԸ հարկ է համարում ներկայացնել հետեւյալ պարզաբանումը:
Առավոտյան ժամը 06.51-ին ընկերության «1-85 հեռախոսային կենտրոնում» ահազանգ է ստացվել Էրեբունի 17/5 հասցեում ջրագծի վթարի վերաբերյալ: Դեպքի վայր մեկնած ընկերության մասնագետները տեղազննմամբ պարզել են, որ փողոցի մայթեզրին տեղակայված կրպակները փլուզվել են դրանց հետնամասում փորված հիմքի մեջ, ինչի հետևանքով վնասվել են «Երևան Ջուր» ՓԲԸ կողմից չսպասարկվող, կրպակները սնուցող անհատական ջրագծերը:
Ընկերության կողմից շահագործվող փողոցի ջրագիծը վնասված չի եղել: Այնտեղից ջրի արտահոսք, որը կարող էր նման պատահարի հանգեցնել, չի նկատվել: Ավելին, տվյալ տարածքում ջրամատակարարումն իրականացում է գրաֆիկով՝ 07.00-24.00, իսկ կրպակների փլուզման ականատեսների խոսքով դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել գիշերը, ժամը 02.30-03.00-ին, երբ թաղամասը, փաստացի և համաձայն հայտարարված գրաֆիկի, ջուր չի ունեցել:
Ասել է թե՝ ոչ թե ջրի արտահոսքն է արտակարգ պատահարի հանգեցրել, այլ վերջինիս արդյունքում են կրպակների ջրագծերը վթարվել: Իսկ լուսադեմին, երբ վերականգնվել է թաղամասի բաշխիչ ցանցի աշխատանքը, վթարված անհատական խողովակներից ջուրը սկսել է արտահոսել:
Ելնելով ստեղծված իրավիճակից եւ նպատակ ունենալով կանխել կրպակների հետագա փլուզումը, ժամը 07.30-ի դրությամբ ամբողջովին դադարեցվել է թաղամասի ջրամատակարարումը: Իսկ ժամը 09.10-ին սկսվել է կրպակաշարը սնուցող բոլոր ջրագծերի խցափակումը, որի ավարտից հետո՝ ժամը 11.00-ին թաղամասի ջրամատակարարումը վերականգնվել է: Ե
