Յոթ օր շարունակ Հայաստանի և արտերկրի լավագույն բժիշկները պայքարում են վեց ամսական Սերյոժա Ավետիսյանի առողջական վիճակի բարելավման և կայունացման համար:
Լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում Երևանի «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» բժշկական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Նիկոլայ Դալլաքյանը նշեց, որ երիկամային և սրտանոթային անբավարարության խորացման պատճառով կատարվել է պերիտոնեալ դիալիզ:
«Երեխայի վիճակը շարունակում է մնալ կայուն ծանր: Նա Գյումրիից Երևան է տեղափոխվել բազմաօրգանային անբավարարությամբ, ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում, արյան կորստի, հեմոռագիկ շոկի պայմաններում, նրա մոտ առակա էր բոլոր օրգան-համակարգերի անբավարարություն»,- ներկայացնելով երեխայի առողջական վիճակի մանրամասները` ասաց Նիկոլայ Դալլաքյանը:
Պատասխանելով լրագրողների հարցերին` նա նշեց, որ այս պահին երեխայի առողջական վիճակի մասին կանխատեսումներ անել հնարավոր չէ:
«Թե տեղի, թե արտերկրի լավագույն մասնագետները գիշեր-ցերեկ աշխատում են երեխայի կյանքը փրկելու համար»,- ընդգծեց տնօրենը:
Երիկամային անբավարարությունը, որը սկզբնական շրջանում հաջողվել էր կանգնեցնել, երեկվանից նորից խորացել է, որն էլ շղթայական ռեակցիայով բերել է օրգանիզմում հեղուկի և շլակների կուտակման: Երեխան այտուցվում է, թոքերում զարգանում է այտուց, հեղուկի կուտակում և շնչառական անբավարարություն:
«Հաշվի առնելով, որ բոլոր կոնսերվատիվ դեղորայքային մեթոդներն իրենց սպառել են, երեկոյան որոշում է կայացվել կիրառել միակ տարբերակը` պերիտոնեալ դիալիզ, որի արդյունքում որովայնի խոռոչում դրվում է խողովակ` մինչև երեխայի վիճակի կայունացումը։ Երեխայի վիճակը դեռևս մնում է շատ ծանր»,- հայտնեց Նիկոլայ Դալլաքյանը: Նրա խոսքով` երեկ կրկին քննարկել է և միանշանակ արձանագրվել, որ երեխան այս պահին տեղափոխման ենթակա չէ:
«Նույնիսկ առաջին հարկ իջեցնելը կարող է ճակատագրական լինել: Տա աստված, որ երեխային կարողանանք այս կրիտիկական վիճակից հանել, կայունացնել սրտանոթային համակարգի աշխատանքը, թոքային անբավարարությունը և նաև բնականաբար երիկամները»,- հավելեց մասնագետը:
Անվանի նյարդավիրաբույժ, պրոֆեսոր, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի Պոլենովի անվան նյարդավիրաբուժության գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտի մանկական կլինիկայի ղեկավար Վիլյամ Խաչատրյանը նշեց, որ երեխայի համար արվում է ամեն ինչ:
«Արդեն չորրորդ օրն է այստեղ եմ: Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի լավագույն բժիշկները գիշեր-ցերեկ աշխատում են: Երեխայի համար արվում է ամեն ինչ: Աշխարհի ոչ մի կլինիկայում ավելին չէին անի: Չկա նման մասնագետ, ով կարող էր խորհուրդ տալ և դիմած չլինեին: Այն, որ երեխան հիմա կենդանի է, դա արդեն հրաշք է»,- շեշտեց Խաչատրյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` ռուս մասնագետների հետ համատեղ ամեն օր անցկացվում են խորհրդակցություններ, համապատասխան որոշում կայացնելուց հետո փորձում ենք խնդրին լուծում տալ: Մասնագետները Հայաստանում կմնան այնքան ժամանակ, որքան հարկ է:
