ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի հայտարարությունը՝ Հայաստան – ԵՄ համագործակցության խորհրդի 15-րդ նիստից հետո կայացած մամլո ասուլիսին

Հարգելի գործընկերներ, տիկնայք և պարոնայք,
Հայաստան – Եվրոպական միություն համագործակցության խորհրդի 15-րդ նիստի շրջանակներում ԵՄ մեր գործընկերների հետ միասին ծավալուն քննարկումներ անցկացրեցինք Հայաստան – ԵՄ հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացման շուրջ, որոնք ներառում էին մի շարք հարցեր՝ քաղաքական երկխոսություն, մեր հարաբերությունների ապագա իրավական հիմք, շարժունակություն, մարդու իրավունքներ, տնտեսական բարեփոխումներ, ԵՄ աջակցություն Հայաստանին։ Մենք երախտագիտություն հայտնեցինք Եվրոպական միությանը՝ մեր երկրին տարիներ շարունակ ցուցաբերված շարունակական օժանդակության համար, որը նշանակալի դեր է ունեցել Հայաստանում բարեփոխումների գործընթացի և ինստիտուցիոնալ կարողությունների զարգացման արդյունավետ իրականացման համար։
Քննարկեցինք մեր հարաբերությունների ապագա իրավական հիմքի շրջանակները։ Ես վերահաստատեցի մեր հաստատակամությունը՝ խորացնելու համապարփակ համագործակցությունը բոլոր հնարավոր ոլորտներում և ուղղություններով ՝ այն կառուցելով վերջին տարիների ձեռքբերումների հիման վրա՝ հաշվի առնելով մեր պարտավորությունները այլ միջազգային ինտեգրացիոն շրջանակներում։
Հայաստան – ԵՄ համագործակցությունը՝ շարժունակության, միգրացիայի և մարդկային շփումների զարգացման ոլորտներում, ԵՄ հետ համագործակցության համատեքստում մեր առաջնահերթությունների շարքում է։ 2014թ. հունվարին ուժի մեջ մտան ԵՄ – Հայաստան մուտքի արտոնագրերի դյուրացման և հետընդունման մասին համաձայնագրերը։ Մենք ցանկանում ենք մեկնարկել մուտքի արտոնագրերի շուրջ երկխոսության հաջորդ փուլը՝ միտված Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների համար առանց մուտքի արտոնագրի տեղաշարժին։
2014թ.-ին ուժի մեջ մտավ Գործընկերության և համագործակցության համաձայնագրի արձանագրությունը, որը հնարավորություն տվեց Հայաստանին՝ մասնակցելու ԵՄ ծրագրերի լայն շրջանակի և համագործակցելու ԵՄ գործակալությունների հետ։
Մենք անդրադարձանք նաև տարածաշրջանային հարցերի։ Ես ներկայացրեցի ղաղրաբաղյան հիմնահարցի կարգավորման գործընթացի վերջին զարգացումները և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների հետ մեր համատեղ ջանքերն՝ ուղղված հիմնախնդրի բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորմանը։
